Well, about a month ago Wemby threw a ball into the fans and he only got fined 25k. Why no suspension?🤔. 5 days ago, Patrick Beverley threw a ball into the crowd and nothing was done. Why suspend Jamal Murray?🤔🤔. Seriously. I don't want Jokic to lose and y'all make this whole series about Jamal Murray being suspended. That's what y'all wanna do and y'all ain't fooling me. That’s still less than a game’s pay. No, more. If only a fine, which is a lesser penalty than missing a game or games, then it would need to be multiple millions.

All fines should be relative to a persons income, anyway - otherwise the only valid purpose for them (deterrence) is often defeated … If there was a suspension, sure - 500k or even just the 100k (or nothing) would be alright … because a suspension is so much greater a penalty (and therefore deterrence). I was saying, if they’re not going to give a suspension at all (as here), then the monetary fine needs to be MUCH larger. 100k is a joke … especially in light of Gobert receiving the same fine for one hand gesture that endangered no one. Murray made the same gesture, and threw stuff at the ump/on the court, twice, as well …

@@kierenmoore3236 Yep the 25k-100k fines are a bag of chips for them. And for throwing two times objects on the floor, plus the money gesture, it's something that probably we haven't seen before. For me the fine should have been a suspension and 3x100k for his actions.
