I like how this song is almost describing the two parts of everyone's brains. One part concerned for the world and knowing there is something we all could/should better, and the other part that just can't focus for more then 2 seconds on what's important and just starts drunk talking about stuff no one else can be bothered to reflect upon.

The second time, the topic being poverty, he makes the audience expect something that goes against not caring about the poor, but Boobs come up again. The third time, it's so expected, and he pauses for a long time, drawing out the anticipation. The satisfaction of hearing it when you expecting, like an itch being scratched is also another way laughter is induced. Humor can be induced by being unexpected, and also when expected. The latter evidenced in slapstick comedy, when you just know the guy is going to be physically hurt, and he does get hurt. (America's Funniest Home Videos).
