Or the joke about noice machine instead of live audience (reference to her saying the biggest audience she ever sang was like 20 people). His wits and capability to distract the girls mind from her mistake to his jokes and make her to feel at ease is mindblowing.

Tim, thank you for comforting her in the beginning, not just pressing on or pushing her into the performance. I love that you treated her with all the respect her talent is due, while keeping in mind she’s just 12. I love the song, her voice was captivating, but by far my favorite part was your simple kindness at the beginning.

My Lord, that girl has an absolutely amazing voice. She’s so fluid in her phrasing, and the little trills and flourishes are executed perfectly. She sings way beyond her years. I bet she’s gonna be a superstar one day.

Even though I’m a bit late to the party I’d like to say a few words if that’s ok. Firstly, you guys ruined my makeup twice today. This was so emotional you guys. Secondly, Asmaras voice is a delight - she truly represent the youth and innocence of that first verse. She will be a star - she already is! Thirdly the way you make her feel safe on that huge stage Tim. Not many people would do that. It was extraordinary beautiful. Thank you!❤

Heart wrenchingly beautiful. Yesterday was the funeral of my dear mum, who passed away suddenly a few weeks ago. Tim's music has seen me through some difficult times in the past and I know will help me now as well. Thank you Tim, your songs and your outlook on life are such a tonic and never fail to illicit profound emotion. They should be available on prescription! ♥️🙏

I've always been a big fan of Tim, but seeing the way she looks at and admires him really shows this is a truly good dude away from all the lights and cameras too. The gaze from a child doesn't lie. I have been to quite a few of your concerts and cannot get enough of your amazing talent. I cannot get to them anymore due to my disability and I keep up to date on here. Will look forward greatly to this - my most played artist at present - have the CD on whenever driving the car though some of the songs can provoke tears. Loved his early work - though never seen him in concert - my wife and daughter saw him at the Leeds Festival but I was on picking up duty only. So pleased for his success and look forward to what comes next - hopefully another CD as this one will wear out soon.

Absolutely agree. Both words and music are superb. And to think that in 2004 he was scraping around Melbourne looking for random gigs. Find and watch the "Rock and roll nerd" documentary on those years and his discovery at the Melbourne and then Edinburg Comedy Festivals.

So many days I just need the thing that sorts me out. Today I had the capacity to try something new, and this is exactly why stepping outside of my comfort zone is so important.
