Adam is a fucking animal. One of his "full breakfast" challenges is at my local cafe/diner. He smashed the whole thing out in 13 minutes when the previous record was 40 or something 😂

@@Erick_0510 they usually fast for a few days before hand, and eat pretty clean rest of the time. They don't do these challenges constantly. Maybe once a month or even less for big ones

@@lsthereanysense He'll fast after the challenge as well. Some challenges I believe he's said that he fasts for nearly an entire week after because of how he tracks his calories. He spreads them out over the course of a week, so if he eats lets say 14k calories in a week on average, and he does a challenge that is 10k calories, he'll fast for a few days and make up that last remaining calories at the end of the week.

I think this is just stupid. I love steak and I eat a lot of meat, because it is fckn. delicious. But it is still an animal who has to die for it. Why eat as much as you possibly can even though there is absolutly no enjoment in it. For clicks. That is just stupid. The huge steak challenges typically use a roast cut instead of an actual steak. This was probably a sirloin

If your American then I think you call it sirloin, but in the UK we call it rump. Rump is the part of the hind quarter where picanha comes from. But this looks like thick flank or in the UK top rump and that's a roasting joint, rump steak is a steak cut.

You ever heard of the sous vide cooking style? It is the safest way to prepare your meat. First the steak/ meat is salted/peppered. Than it packaged in a plastic bag + other herbs & spices or marinate. Than the bag is vacuum sealed and put in a water bath which is kept on a certain degree. The cooking time is very very long, but all germs/bacteria are eliminated. After that the finished meat will be torched for a few seconds. And yes you can get rare- medium well.

Ive noticed that many restaurants ( excluding Steak Houses ) typically cannot get the Steak Medium Rare without it being too cooked or far too rare. I believe its because they freeze their sirloins and dont let them get to room temperature before searing, leaving the Inside more pink while the outside sears to a Medium / Medium well.
