Don’t have a preacher but if I lived in his state he would be IT!

Galatians 1:9 As we have said before,so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you recieved,let him be accursed.

When I was coming up they preached fire and brimstone. We don’t have enough preaching like that today. I wasn’t saved, but I knew Hell was not a place I wanted to go. I went astray but, my upbringing scared the Hell out of me and gave me a reverence for God. I have been blessed to be saved almost 24 yrs and I have seen so many deceitful workers in this short amount of time. Man is fallible, the word of God is infallible. Jude said snatch them out the fire!!!

When people die without salvation then the preacher should preach to the LIVING so that the living Don’t die In their sins.

In this context of conversation I can understand what his assignment was but I stand firm completely on the reality of the realm/place called hell, heaven will NOT be the final resting place for all.

Grateful for technology to hear about powerful people that have impacted me up close and personal. I can’t say when I seen Tim Rogers and the Fellas live.. maybe 10 years ago. I had no idea who they were but I was shook. I’m so happy he’s still very young.. keep going. My grandparents showed me you really start to cut up at 50. Sweet blessings to you and your family. Dr.Smith,I understand the point being made about living in "hell" the family experience after the funeral. However, be VERY CLEAR, that hell is a real place. I would like to make the point that the person who was in the casket is either in heaven or hell for eternity. (Matthew 13:47-50) The Real-Literal one. If there is no hell, then what was the purpose of Jesus coming and dying? These men are preaching a different gospel.

On the note of Hell...how is this any different from the message of Bishop Carlton Pearson? Get people to LIVE and not die while they're here!! I'm a black person. Martin Luther King Jn & most of our Mamas & Daddys, took us forward by embracing the Bible. But these ' heady', 'high-minded' modern-day preachers are leading people backwards - deceived into thinking that the Bible doesn't mean what it says. One doesn't believe there is a hell when one is not prepared for heaven. The beliefs of Eastern Mysticism are affecting the beliefs of some preachers. The Bible is always correct. There is heaven for those who choose righteousness, so instead of making excuses for unclean lifestyles, prepare to meet thy God. He is holy. No unclean thing will be in heaven with Him. We must prepare to meet God instead of following preachers who think the Bible is not to be obeyed and followed.

I hear excuses. I hear the interviewer trying to sell people on one of his new pastors. I hear Tim not saying, He did not explain the text correctly or even in his delivery. If you preaching the gospel you will not need to go on an explanation tour. One thing they said is true, the bible will interpret itself. I pray for these men and may grace abound. However, call out wrong when they are wrong. Paul did this in Galatians with Cephas, Barnabas, and those who knew right but teaching wrong.

You make learning entertaining

It’s frightening how they both dwell on the humanity side of Jesus Christ avoiding discussing the divinity side of Christ. I absolutely LOVE Pastor Rogers, but he still didn’t straighten out the “misunderstanding” of his statement about “hell.” Straighten “that” out sir.

Butchering the text to justify his heresy. The narrow road has NOTHING TO DO with your heresy. He said Hell is a fairytale. Simple. Tupac Shakur echoed their same sentiments in why he rejected Heaven and Hell. He stated Hell is a state of being not a place. This same theology pollute our black churches.

I was wondering why at a lot of funerals especially in black churches the deceased are preached into have irregardless of their lifestyle. Now I see why, these wolfs in sheep’s clothing preaching “another gospel”. When you die in your sins it will be too late and you will have all of eternity to think about how you allowed the enemy to DECEIVE YOU and those you deceived.

Listen we know the difference between a story of allegory and literally and not! The Pastor are trying to trump each other in creativity

There are multiple scriptures about hell that were factual and not allegorical. We’ve become worshippers of this temporal “bios” life and neglected eternal life and what it means to “know God” and live with him forever. We will transition eternally to a place. With God or separated from Him. Have you all preached about the “second death” in the book of Revelation or is that supposed to also be allegory along with the Alpha and Omega revealed to John?? May the full counsel of the Lord deal with all known and unknown deceitful, crafty workers and reveal the weight of His truth to all that belong to Him. May none that have been given to Christ die in their sins. We love the men of God but this is grievous and truly sad times. Father, deliver us all and shield us from demonic wisdom. May the true Jesus Christ, your son be revealed in and to us.

Hell is a place that people go to. Jesus said that the rich man already went there. So if it was not a literal place then what place was Jesus talking about ? The rich man was in there and there was a gulf fixed so that he could not reach Lazarus. On some have compassion and on others use fear. Noah was moved by fear to move the Ark. That was written in the New Testament. Some people ( I was that person) have to have a fear of hell to bring them to repentance. Once I repented and received the Holyghost . I learned to walk in prayer and to love the Lord. But I still maintain fear for the Lord but I have experienced many miracles and supernatural outcomes . I am loving the Lord because now I know him.

It's amazing to see two wolves in sheep clothing try to deceive people that hell is not a place but rather a state of mind. This is not a nuanced issue, it's a biblical one. No one can send anyone anywhere but rather our SIN and our suppression of TRUTH in our unrighteousness is what sends people to hell. Sin is our problem and both of you need to repent and stop leading people astray with your "different Gospel." You can't point people to God without explaining his love and his wrath.

This new age generation of preachers, do not even mention he'll, so how we be preaching folks to he'll, when preachers like you guys and Carlton Pearson. Galatians 1:8-9 describes you guys perfectly. In my opinion, the subject of he'll is not preached enough, and this is one reason why there is so much carnality and compromising in the church.

Is that what John meant when he wrote the book of revelation? The context of the houses in that passage was Christ pouring out judgement on the world. The claim that the Bible is not literal is just text book postmodernism. Where meaning is not based on the authorial intent, instead meaning is based on the reader. That is wrong. There is no need for preaching and teaching if scripture is not literal. This conversation sounds deep but it’s not. Also the comment about “demythologizing the Bible” is textbook modernism where they try to take away the divine elements of scripture (I.e miracles, hell, angels..etc). This false idea what Roudalf Bultmann taught.

After reading these comments. Heaven Is Real And Hell Is Real. God Is Not Please With People Preaching The Lie That Hell Is Not Real! You Are Leading People Wrong And God Holds You Both Accountable For That!
