His coach only told him he was losing in the last round. He was telling him Canelo was tired and "done" right before the 7th round. He gave him no advise, just tried to pump him up

His coach didn't give him the best advice for sure. Charlo felt some power early and he decided I just want to go 12 rounds and not be a statistic. At the post-fight press conference he even said he took a knee because he didn't want to get embarrassed. A reporter asked him if he could have been more aggressive and he said yes I could have been more aggressive. So well his coach wasn't giving advice that I think he should have been getting, it wouldn't have made a difference. Most of the blame should go on a fighter in this one and not the trainer. Trainers can talk all they want in the corner but if you think Charlo didn't understand it was absolutely one-sided and he was in there just to survive.... IDK what to say

Don't overrate Canelo coz Charlo didn't come to fight coz a few times he upped the game like round 5, he could hit Canelo clean only that he didn't want a brawl coz he just went there to get a Payday not to survive coz Charlo wasn't hurt and if Canelo was as superior as Crawford he would have hurt Charlo the way Bud badly hurt Spence jr. In this Canelo vs Charlo fight u could tell Canelo was struggling to pulvarise Charlo coz both looked as if they were sparring coz non was hurt.

Canelo more than any fighter in boxing makes opponents gun shy including champs who've never been reluctant to open up. That's the mark of a special fighter. Congrats for what? None of these sanctioning bodies are stripping Canelo, yet he's been fighting in other Wright classes and against fighters from other wroght classes without getting stripped for years. If they were consistent with this stuff, then fine. So far though, they're only stripping certain fighters and leaving others alone.

It's nit in the alphabets interest to strip canelo when even a ¼share of the purse percentage of a canelo fight buts their integrity. Same with WBO stripping Charlo - Tszyu is a huge star in Aus, more active than Charlo and about to go global.

As I said in other comment sections, Charlo had been out of the ring 16 months, was moving up two weight divisions, and fighting one of the top P4P fighters in the world. It is no surprise that he fought a lackluster fight.

Charlo still has three belts and the lineal title... don't forget he avenged his first loss and even though he looked like shit there's no shame in losing to a future HOF fighter like Canelo...as much as people like Tim Tzuyu, Crawford vs Charlo is the bigger fight...I could see Crawford fighting Tim to scoop that belt and having a big undisputed fight with Jermell though

He's finished and doesn't deserve the belts. Tim will knockout Crawford and then beat Canelo unless they both duck him. American fighters are weak cowards.

I like when your partner asked you why, when you said "he doesn't want to be there.". Your answer 'he's scared' shows you haven't really thought it through and so just bandy around a well used comment. Tims was watching the fight live showing his reaction and commenting. Everybody could see Charlo was scared & in survival mode on the biggest stage and legacy defining fight and didn't even try give it his all for fear of getting KO'd. What happen to Jermell's daring to be great, I'm a MF lion "go out on your shield" but showed everyone his a cat with his nuts chopped. Same as Jermell will be when Tim has him up against the ropes, giving Mell a flogging "If he don't run like a cat again"... Tim gonna retire Mell if he's not avoided.

You need to look into what he means. Is Charlo scared of being in the ring? Of course not. What he was scared of was taking the risk of getting stopped/KO-ed by a guy who was clearly the superior fighter in the ring. He was scared of being in a highlight KO reel, that's all, and it's fine, he just knew he was WAY out of his league, no shame in that.
