I’m flying from an airport new to me - Eindhoven! The fifth largest city in the Netherlands, Eindhoven is perhaps known as the birthplace of Philips electronics and even better known for the football club the electronics firm established for their employees - PSV Eindhoven. Philips Sports Vereniging (Philips Sports Association) Eindhoven.
Anyway, I’ll be flying with everyone’s favourite low cost airline, Ryanair. The airport was officially opened on September 10, 1932 the official opening.
Have you bought a Ryanair scratch card? What can legacy airlines learn from low cost carriers? What could low cost carriers do better?

isn't the academies(?) screw to do with the drainage on the apron to stop it flooding? at least thats what i read somewhere

This is brilliant and made me laugh so much. Temi is like a stroppy teenager, and after all of the technology failures, if Jeremy Beadle was still alive you would expect him to jump out and surprise you as a wind up! I'm of the same opinion as you about Ryanair, they get you to your destination at an affordable price, safely and usually on time. Their network from Edinburgh is excellent. My only bugbear is I wish they would stop dropping routes when airport incentives run out or they have a dispute over airport charges- really want them to reinstate EDI-HHN as it's so handy for visiting our German friends.

You say that, but consider this…one day a robot having a bad day means it doesn’t direct a human to departures, the next it means the robot decides that humans are the problem, why do we need departures anyway and Temi takes over the world. You heard it here first.

hmm yes. The whole "AI will take over the world thing" kind of ran aground with that robot! Loved it! I agree that £150-odd for three people with luggage aint bad. Just booked Bristol to Venice for £20 with Ryanair (underseat bag only), and, as you say, whether I like them or not, I will certainly keep using them. Thanks for another video. Best wishes to you 👍

Nice video mate. Not a lot of luck with automation and apps this time 🤣 still, Ryanair (after my next trip in June) will return to my most flown airline. Never had any issues with them (except one weather cancellation). Coming up I have splashed a few £ for an exit row, being on the taller side the legroom isn't great. That goes for all airlines really. They have just this month started flying from my local airport, but only a few flights a week - hopefully one day I'll get on it instead of the schlep down to Stansted!
