Today we are starting the second day of the Timber Trail New Zealand from the Timber Trail Lodge in the Pureora Forest Park! The New Zealand Timber Trail is one of the best cycle trails in New Zealand and a must-do North Island bike trail. We rent bikes and use the shuttle service with Epic Cycle Adventures.

Nah the sides ate pretty high and the bridge is pretty wide, you'll be fine!

I mainly biked 20ks to Polytechnic in Hamilton then 20ks back to my country home in the late 80s,90s b'4 all these bike tracks came out

Love those birds!!! Didnt you get a teeny bit scared on the swing bridges? Very exciting though. I find tunnels scary, I am claustraphobic and dont like darkness either. So beautiful! Thanks, guys

Both sides of the swing bridge are actually quite high so there is no chance of falling off, and the tunnel is not super long so you can always see the end, no excuses, this one should be on your todo list :)

Its not the falling off I would be scared of...its making an ass of myself in front of my friends! LOL!!!. If I can see the light at the end of the tunnel is not so bad. I still think this is a must do for me. Love my cycling

awesome, yet again we are focusing on the south island so.... we have 4 days probably on the north island only and we want to do the white island visit
