I do something like this by writing my schedule in pencil until I've done it (in my bullet journal) but I like the velcro idea!

This is very brilliant Victoria! I've been doing this time blocking technique but I never thought to do it with velcro. This is definitely easier compared to writing and erasing tasks from your planner when you go over or under the time you set up

So agree with time blocking. Genius the Velcro system which I plan to make with labels I need. I’m 68 years old and very active from traveling with the Military Council for Catholic Women which is world wide. Which means regional retreats to gathering our ladies from every corner of the world for a week forum. Lots of meetings to plannning and other events. With teenage grandchildren home.
