ok so the thing I'm animating is a machine gunner. I'm a little confused about the best way to arrange things so that I can clone the shells and modify them so they land in different places and remain. I've solved the problem with duplicate layers but it seems like there should be a simpler way. I'm also curious as to how or if it's possible to collapse layers. or if this would be some kind of ideal use for convert to frame by frame. I have a feeling that would be a useful tip if someone explained the kinds of things that's used for. I'm just saying it seems like there's a "right way" to do this I haven't learned or figured out.

Probably a weird question but do you know how to get your pen to open a small taskbar in adobe 2022?? Back in the 2020 version if we selected a frame or drawing and held down for a little a small taskbar would pop up, giving us the option to copy/paste or add/remove frames. In the new update it doesn't do that anymore. Is there a way I can get that back or is it just gone forever? Plz help 🙏

The paste in place doesn't work well for me, the pasted symbol is relatively near its original position, but offset slightly

I have a quesion... When I drew something in object drawing mode with a normal brush and then break it apart (Ctrl + B) Can I later on undo that action? unbreakapart the storke like it was drawn in object drawing mode? Is that even possible?

I don't think so, but you can put it in a Group later
