Rah that was deep. This is the why men need to speak more about things there going through and not cave in the the general consensus that men need to be 'men'. The pressure on Men in todays society it getting worse and worse and this is what it can lead too. Talking and communicating with your partner and friends is what can prevent these things from happening.
