In my childhood, when potatoes were ready to harvest, grandma and mom always made various dishes from potatoes for me, from stir-fried potatoes to potato salad and mashed potatoes… They were all delicacies in my memories. Now it’s time for potatoes to ripen again. I’ll prepare a feast of potatoes that reminds me of my grandma’s and mom’s cooking!

It's hard work yes, but that's exactly what makes it beautiful, peaceful, and healthy living! City life is opposite, tiring to say the least; chaotic actually. Bec in the City we work hard for the Money and then spend it on noisy entertainment or meaningless travels; then later in life on medicine and hospitalization bec of the accumulation of city toxins (which includes food) on the body and stressful life.

In the title, xiao ge mention it is the season of potato, she is making a potato feast - a taste of grandma and mum. Has anyone ever think that her brain is like a recipe book. She can cook anything!!! How amazing is that. Basically she had made: Potato + tomato gravy, fennel with potato, clay pot pork ribs with potato, bacon+ cabbage and potato soup, potato cake/pancake, Deep fry potato ball, mashed potato and Chips salad with coriander chilli and peanuts.

Dry and sandy soil aerated well I guess. Unless growing potatoes in muddy moist soil, the potato shouldn’t be covered with dirt.

I work in an office cubicle and gather my foods from Kroger's. I see the sun for about 30-60 minutes every day. This channel is a pleasure to watch, but it fills me with a kind of deep envy of this kind of life (though I'm sure it's a great deal of work in its own regard).

@@gloriaaguillar9563 Only certain Chinese, in Sichuan + Yunnan, etc.(But I greatly admire Penje.) We Cantonese prefer our vast variety of local food; Cantonese Roast Duck,Char Siu, Dim Sum, Wonton, etc.
