This video was filmed before Memphis injured her leg. And yes, we had a TON Of camping planned, and sadly we did have to cancel all of it, including our Meet and Greet at the RV show, BUT that's okay, it is what it is! We will figure things out and hopefully make it to the show next year! So today is some RV upgrades, some swimming in the pool, and you know, dog fun!

I saw the post on GonetotheSnowDogs that Memphis was doing fine, and the cast was going to come off on Wednesday I think!! Prayers to Memphis and I hope she heals quickly! And also! I hope Memphis's leg feels as better than before!

When we upgraded our Mattress in a similar manner I built out a long rolling drawer to go under that little spot for extra storage that was easy to get all the way to the back of.

Eleanor was really cute, when she 'saved' the turtle!🥰And she enjoyed a short run with dad too! And mom knows best, when a little bowl of water was placed near the pool for Memphis to dip her face in!🥰🤣

When I saw the little bed extension I thought to myself, a little extra storage space. Looks like it would be a good spot for long skinny things in particular or a drawer for odds and ends.

Ogod I love your fluffy butts furkids! Eleanor seems to try to eat the water when she jumps in. Her first lap or so she opens her mouth to grab at the water. So funny. Kira now seems to have to chase Eleanor. It used to be the other way around! Memphis does seem more subdued. Maybe she was already feeling something wrong in that knee?? (So glad her surgery came out so well. Now to heal!!!) 💚💗🧡💚💗🧡

I wish Memphis a quick recovery. The girls look beautiful as always. Regarding the acorn part: There is a "MinuteEarth" episode where they talk about power years for trees. This is when for one year they produce much much more nuts\cones\etc. which is called "Masting". The episode is "When Trees Go Nuts" and I highly recommend it as all their other videos.

Could you maybe put up a large mesh net to catch most of the acorns below the branches, then either have it sloped permanently or temporarily by pulling down on a corner section so that they collect in a bucket/barrel? It would also add shade to your backyard during the hottest months of the year while it's up, while providing a barrier/bridge for small animals to keep them out of reach of the dogs. It could be suspended by poles, branches, or a combination of both.

Love pool time with the girls. Acorns are a mess whether you have dogs or not. Pine cones are even worse because they hurt your feet when you go barefoot. Poor Memphis always seems to get into trouble with something. Bless her heart.
