Sometimes all the love is not enough ... it's time to say goodbye. I remember leaving our house forever in the morning with earphones playing this song and tears in my eyes. I want you to be happy and that has to be without me.

They played this at my mom's funeral a month ago. She died from covid. I was strong up until that point, even gave my eulogy without crying. But when this played and she sang "time to say goodbye" I swear it absolutely broke me. I fell to my knees in the pew and couldn't stop crying, just looking at my mom's covered coffin. This wasn't a bad thing though, in this moment I let out a lot that I had been repressing for the week leading up to the funeral.

Lynda, his sister has dedicated this beautiful song to his life . When I was younger I didn't appreciate art that much. I hated reading, I couldn't understand how photography could be interesting and I found opera and classic music very boring. Yet there was this one video on my mum's old laptop... one with a fountain and this amazing song. My mum showed it to me a couple of times, but I didn't show interest. Then I watched it on my own and was completely blown away by its' beauty. Next time we went to a classic music concert, I actually enjoyed it. Years passed and I still had this song in the back of my head. I couldn't remember the lyrics so I didn't try finding it. I found it by accident when watching a video with the best most popular music of all time. I immediately put the title in the search bar and lo and behold, there it is. I love this song. This level of beauty and grace is hard to match. In my opinion, you did it quite well. Congratulations!
