From the humble beginnings of a finance company based in Kantamanto with a staff of three, He created a major bank with a staff of over 600 people. That bank is no more, what could have gone so wrong? And are there any lessons to be learnt?

I believe there is a lot he needed to do from the top to streamline the culture of the organisation

I sincerely believe what he said. The staff are their own down fall. Secondly Gov't also did nothing to help save it. I remember growing up seeing UT from savings n loans to a bank. And waking up one day to just hear its gone. Sad one. I hope he can pen down the lessons for future generations to learn from. As for our leaders the least said about them the better.

When you ask a question why can’t you wait for the person to fully answer only for you to skip to the next question ?

The only thing I found problematic in his narrative is creation of to many branches.
