Hello Ryan: We had this discussion on Saturday. I was making a batch of pour over coffee and I noticed the second batch tasted different. I had changed the grind size to finer. The coffee tasted lighter and a bit fruiter than normal, so I weighed both batches and the finer grind was 28 grams and the courser grind was 32 grams both time the time setting was the same. Thanks for explaining this.
