As a guy in sales for 25 years (heavy equipment sales) who was also a contractor on the side, who gave up sales during covid to be a full time contractor, I have nothing but mad respect for you taking the initiative bro. As for the "jackhammer hands" that just means they're getting stronger. Keep up they good work, with that attitude you are gonna make it for sure, God speed brother.

Excellent job!! I'm doing something similar in the Patagonia, my a-frame will be 12x8.5 meters, so what distance did you leave between piers? thanks!

wow amazing work, I also live in Texas and I am starting to build my house soon, I have a question Do you have to get permits for the foundation and get it inspected, or are the permits only for mechanical and electrical? Just want to know cause i heard Texas is more lenient on permits thanks in advance

Congratulations on starting to build your home! Permitting all depends on your county. I’d call them a few times to confirm what you need. I only needed a septic and driveway permit. 🙏👍
