Just a timelapse of the build process of my children's costumes from this last Halloween. This is the most involved costume that I've made them to date which included: 3d printing, sewing, applique, air brushing, free motion quilting, painting, and 3d modelling in Fusion 360.
The masks, batarang, and belt buckle (w/pods) were all designed in Fusion 360 (links below) and 3d printed on my Anet A8 printer. The Mask was printed in MakerGeeks MakerFlex so it would be soft and flexible on their faces, but still hold its shape, and the other components were printed in MakerGeeks RaptorPLA. The cowl, cape, belt, emblems, and bracers were all sewn in felt. The shirt and pants were just a store bought long sleeve t-shirt and sweatpants. The muscle where freehand sculpted into some batting and free motion quilted into the shirt on the sewing machine, with the logo hand appliqued in place afterward.
