New parts installed (at various points in the timelapse)
ECM
Carburetor
Fuel Pump
Spark plug and ignition coil
Stator
Solenoid
Bendix
Handlebar Switch
Starter
Brake calipers front and rear
Master cylinder front and rear
Suspension
CV Boots
Piston Rings
AWD Switch
Fan thermistor
Thermostat
Handle Grips
Exhaust wrapped and welded (I posted a separate video for it)

what was the original problem with the quad? Why so cheap...getting one Saturday...only issues is the front drive train....thanks..

You may want to increase your idle, sounds a tad low. I have a Project one of these too, just a 500. How did you get the racks looking so good?

Yes I increased the idle speed afterwards I noticed that too! I mixed 60% boiled linseed oil and 40% paint thinner and rubbed it on the plastic. It got rid of the oxidation and left the black nice and polished.
