I bought from Timeless for the first time a couple months ago and my vitamin C bottle also leaked. I was afraid that I was losing a lot of product and that oxygen was being exposed to the inside of the bottle, thus losing its integrity. I took photos and emailed their customer service and they shipped me another bottle for free. The new one has been working perfectly fine! Their customer service was awesome. I was really impressed.

i would love for you to do a view on how much to use of products in our skincare. i never thought about it until my mom was like woah u are using a LOT of moisturizer and saw she was using very little compared to me. i realized i dont know the right amounts to use (ie serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, cleanser) it would be so helpful!! thank you im obsessed with your videos

I bought the Coq10 after running out of Inkey List. I love the Timeless brand's version. It's so hydrating and feels so good on my skin. It's my new favorite product for sure! It does need to be shaken though for sure. I only use it in the morning too with my Vitamin C. Thanks for the reviews.

Great review! I see your point about the Hyaluronic acid serum, but what’s unique about it is that they use a higher molecular weight HA which can work better for many people like me who tend to have inflammatory reactions to lower molecular weight HA. I wish the Ordinary’s HA+B5 had worked for me since in theory it’s better absorbed into the skin, but the Timeless one ended up being much more soothing and well tolerated for me.

Totally LOVE this brand! The vitamin C serum is my HG. If you are reading this and you are thinking about getting it, go for it you will not regret it. I love the way they put in every box the manufacturing date of the serum. Looove it!!

The B5 serum works magically on bug bites. I sent it to a family member that lives in the countryside for exactly that reason. Great “medicine cabinet” serum that is also great for sunburn, retinized skin, active acne, etc. I recently ordered the 4oz bottles of that, CoQ10, and matrixyl synth 6. Staples for me and my daughters.

I wish I had known as much about skincare at your age. I'm now 46 and when I was growing up (Europe) all I was told was to wear sunscreen (grew up and lived in Provence until my early 20s that I moved to the US), wash my face at night and apply moisturizer. Fast forward to mid 40s and there are some fine and deeper lines I am just starting to fix. I also feel that 20 years ago when I was your age, there wasn't as many cleansers, toners, serums, studies, etc.... Rejoice in your options to have the best skin :) You look gorgeous.

I get the Matrixyl Serum instead of the Co-Q10 because I like the consistency better. I felt the Q10 one didn't spread as well on my skin and left a weird tackiness on it.

Been using Timeless for years. The Vit. C packaging is (in the grand scheme of things) relatively new. I keep mine in the fridge and it last so much longer than it used to. I have not had a problem with it leaking. I've used the other serums. They are fine, and I never had any issues. I also never saw any dramatic results either. You are right, the Vit. C is the star. I will buy it over and over. I used Drunk Elephant for awhile because of the packaging, but once Timeless went to this one, why spend $80.00+.

I've been using and loving the Timeless Vitamin C serum for a few years now and was excited when they came out with the pump but, unfortunately, every one of them has leaked. I do hope they can fix this because it's an awesome product and the airless pump is the best delivery system for it. I also use their CoQ10 serum as well as their Matrixil Synthe 6 serum but, after watching your video, I'm thinking of dropping the Matrixil Synthe 6 as it does seem a bit redundant. Price-wise, I have found that they're a lot more affordable on Amazon although I had to return one Vitamin C serum bought on Amazon because it had oxidized. Now I always buy my Vitamin C serum directly from Timeless because I am more confident that I'll be getting fresh product.

Just ordered the vitamin c serum. Was recommended by the budget dermatologist. Can't wait to try it because I suffer from hyperpigmentation. Drunk Elephant also makes a good one if you want to spend 78.00. I cannot afford the higher priced ones.

I tried vitamin C serum and loved it. It feels a bit sticky but when I apply sunscreen over stickiness goes away. This serum makes mo glow and my hyperpigmentation goes away so a lot faster then it was before

Have you used the Matrixyl Synthe 6? I just got first bottle which I used after the NIOD SDSM mist and it left a white soapy film on my skin. Timeless said this isn’t normal but I read another person on you tube commented on. Perhaps it was a reaction to the mist? Would love to hear from you and anyone who may have experienced this?

I actually just got two serums in the mail today and can't wait to use them. I am currently using the Glytone Vitamin C and love it, but it's $130 so once finished I will switch the timeless as they have the same % and ingredients. Loving all of your videos. Super helpful.

I have had 3 bottles of the vitamin C serum and none of them had the problem with leaking. If your bottle leaks just contact customer service, and they will replace it for you. Stay safe and sane ❤️😊

I’ve used the Vitamin C serum when it was packaged in a blue glass bottle with the syringe. I just kept it in the freezer. It did not oxidized and it did not freeze. Then they came out with the pump. I’ve purchased it two times. It can’t be frozen, I guess due to packaging. Anyways, both plastic pump bottles I bought leaked.Timeless customer service was awesome about refunding or replacing the item.

I love the CoQ10 serum. I slather it on because it’s so inexpensive. It makes my skin noticeably brighter.

Their Vitamin C gives me great results, but please tread carefully with it. I started off using it daily & throwing acids on after & oh, did I irritate my skin very badly! Now I use every other day & alternate with AHA’s & BHA’s & it works nicely for me.

I just bought the Q10 serum, mine is white and it stinks like a homeless person, musty. I don't see anyone reviewing these mentioning the smell of it. I wonder if mine has gone bad??? I know some products smell a little like this when they have no fragrance in them to cover it up, I use the Purito Cica Sleep Mask & it smells a little of the same bad smell. Hmm, I don't know what to do. Mine is also in a blue bottle. I wonder have I been ripped off...

Hi Abbey! How long do you wait between your morning steps with Vit C? I wash my face in the morning, dry it, wait 5 to 10 minutes to make sure it's dry, then put on the Timeless 20% Vit C + E Ferulic Acid serum. Then I wait another 5 to 10 minutes to let it seep in before I apply my face sunscreen/moisturizer. Do you think that's being too cautious? My face gets a little tight and dry feeling during this routine, but I hear that water and other ingredients can degrade the Vit C potency. Thank you! This video was a great review!

I have their hyaluronic acid serum and there is only water, sodium hyaluronaye, benzyl alcohol and dehydroavetic acid. did they change their formula? Is this one better?

Does the top of of the pump bottle screw off (after the lid had been removed)? I tend to wash out containers and reuse them. I also buy new airless vacuum pumps for use. Many thanks

Just bought the Vitamin C! I've tried at least 10 other vitamin C products (just tried 2 years of the Melano CC but I finally gave up). Crossing my fingers!

Ubiquinone or Coenzyme Q10 has some studies that show potential harmful effects to the skin. I typically like to air on the cautious side and wouldn't usually go for a product with Coenzyme Q10, so the Matrixyl 3000 serum on its own seems a lot more appealing to me. I hope this helps!

I live the HA serum but love the HA + B5 the best-better than the Ordinary HA + B5 which feels good but pills on me no matter what I do.

I love Timeless hyaluronic acid the Squalene and Aragon oils. I have used for probably 4 years. I always buy the large bottles when they are on sale. My products last probably 4-5 months. I don’t like the vitamin C.

Absolutely gutted we can’t get the vitamin c in the UK no more 😩 that’s my fav Vit c, anyone no a decent Vit c with l ascorbic and maybe Vit E and Ferulic but not too expensive 😅

Actually that's not accurate, there have been multiple studies done on matrixyl 3000, not just manufacturer supplied. It has shown very promising results, some studies show it to be as effective as retinol, but with less irritation. It is definitely an ingredient I have added to my skincare arsenal :)

I found about this brand, specially their vitamin C serum, through Angie from Hot and Flashy..☺☺☺... she swears about this particular product....BUT I think Geek and Gorgeous has the "same" formulation from their Vitamin C one ????...vitamin C is still one of the most difficult ingredients to choose from...pure form or derivatives??? Too confusing....AND let's not forget combining vitamin C with other products...too risky...Anyway great review....I am not impressed with the rest of the serums from this line...not exciting enough...

Hii! What's your thoughts on cetaphil moisturizing lotion for face. I have been using the simple hydrating light moisturizer but I feel it's a bit too thin for me. I have normal skin with a bit oily nose. Cerave is not available here but I saw cetaphil lotion has great ingredient list and can access it easily here. Will it be good for me(I'm 18)? If not any other affordable recommendation because I really thinking of buying the cetaphil moisturizing lotion. Love your videos 💞 helped me a lot

Random but there’s a brand called skin deva who has 20% l-ascorbic acid and uses the same manufacturer as timeless. Same ingredients like exactly, and they also print the mfg date on the box. It’s very odd I noticed this when I was looking at my vitamin c in my refrigerator one day. Except it comes in a dropper bottle. Unlike times less it’s CLEAR when I get it and under 2 months old. I’ve never gotten a vitamin c from timeless that wasn’t yellow already. Are they the same company or what is the deal with that! Or skindeva is duping them but they seem eerily similar

Hy Abbey 😍 nope, you don’t have a faulty bottle of the Vit C 😊 mine is the same , and before you actually mentioned the leak I was thinking to myself “ If l was shaking my bottle that much as Sweet Abbey then I would have lost half of my product” 😂 It is my first bottle of Vit C from timeless and ... I am pretty sure it broke me out and made my skin very sensitive 🥺😖 Since I started using it last month my skin gets very red especially at the night time when l cleanse and when I apply my prescription of Tretinoin & Azelaic Acid it really stings 😨 I can only attribute this to the Vit C since all my other skincare products have been the very same for few months and no issues before. I will really need to think if I want to buy such a potent active again 🤷‍♀️ Does the discount you have apply to UK ? I could do with it for the Co Q10 serum 😉 l have my eyes on that ...
