+15 IQ don't bring no one from the botton of the class to the top. Thosse numbers are way smaller than they need to be.

The average human iq is 15 so yes it most definitely would

@@probablyagoat-gq2gu Sorry, no. IQ Is a distribution that goes ( originaly ) from 0 to 200 and the average Is 100. Of course there are many variations but most keep the average at 100 either by default or just by ajusting the difficulty of the test so It the average more or less go to 100. +15 IQ would be around 1 standar deviation from everage so the dumbest kid In class should have about 85 of IQ. So the +15 brings someone from the bottom to the average and other +15 will bring somebody from the average to the top. Also IQ Is crap without the knowledge to back It up, the process of increasing you IQ will generaly increase that knowledge but not In this case.
