Liquid nitrogen is dangerous. If you drink liquid nitrogen, it can cause severe damage to the mouth, esophagus and stomach. The liquid nitrogen would start to vaporize into nitrogen gas, exerting tremendous pressure, and the gas would not be able to find a way to escape from the body. This pressure would cause perforations of the vital organs inside the stomach. Liquid nitrogen is used as a coolant in many applications, including preparing luscious ice cream and the coolest science projects at school/college. However, how much and how severe the damage is if you only drink liquid nitrogen? Let’s find out in this timeline video!

My brother’s hands froze on the job in R-22 refrigerant. He went to the ER and they sent him home. Luckily he came to me and I took him to a burn hospital where he was admitted. If he hadn’t come to me, he would have lost his hands. I watched as they had to de-glove him. Fentanyl didn’t touch the pain. It was debriding and dressing changes 3x day for months. He is completely healed and functional now.

But now I understood that you'll just freeze. And by the way, I've got a question about that background music! One thing you got wrong in this video is portraying that liquid nitrogen would cause problems instantly. Because of the temperature differential between the substance and the human body, the leidenfrost effect would keep you safe for a short period of time. You wouldn't have any problems for about 2-3 seconds, and then only after that do you start to have issues. I don't imagine actual freezing would happen for at least 10 seconds.
