I have a lot of respect 4 u guys! This was a good Timeout Tuesday with Lester. Don't get me wrong there all good but I enjoyed Laramie as a special guest! It was a nice treat!! I really liked when Laramie talked about the weight training. I would love 2 know more about his diet. I'm 62 yrs old & until 9 yrs ago I was n really good shape. I worked construction from 11 or 12 yrs old until my Daddy passed. I was 37 yrs old. I worked on & off between construction & automotive parts. And trust it wasn't all n an office. I worked on the jobs laying water, storm, sewer pipe, drove dump trucks & trailers, equipment & would work n the office. I had 2 lift weighs 2 stay n shape 2 lift those 20' sections of pipe, manholes, manhole covers, 80 lb bags of concrete, etc. We also had horses & other farm animals. I'm getting ready 2 move 2 downtown Wilmington, NC, back home, & I'm joining a gym I will start working out again. I've survived cancer 2x, Breast cancer 10 yrs ago & Lung cancer 4 1/2 yrs ago. It's gonna b hard 4 me 2 do this bc if my scare tissue in my lungs. Since the radiation treatments my breathing is really short. I just hope I can get it 2gether & going! That's it folks!!! Sorry this was a long comment!!! 1 more thing Laramie made me tear up bc of his really nice description of his persistent of Bri & the way he talked about her & the relationship!
