Another good one is how Whitebeard looked like when he died. In the anime it’s not so bloody, he has no swords in him and his back is not hurt. In the manga he’s bleeding way more, part of his head is gone and there’s swords stuck in his body and some of them actually make and stick out is his back.

Alot of people prefer the manga version of how Zeff lost his leg but personally I much prefer the animes version. My reason for this is cause the key difference between the events is who Zeff cut off his leg for. In the manga he did it to avoid starvation while in the anime he did it so he could save Sanji. This in my opinion only adds onto the paternal relationship Zeff has to Sanji. Also the fact that in the Anime Zeff went for that long without eating a single thing makes him seem like much more of a badass

But I clearly remember Zeff cutting off his leg to eat it and let Sanji eat all the rations they had. I don't remember any anchor. He had to eat his leg for both of them to survive. That's why Sanji gets so angry when people waste food. I clearly remember Sanji crying in anime after learning what Zeff has done for him. What the hell?

Yea the anime made Akainu look like he got dogged on by Whitebeard but in the Manga Akainu actually showed how strong he is. Anime watchers majorly underestimate Akainu because of the changes made to the manga.

The leg for food thing in a survival situation always bothered me, I feel like the danger of infection, blood loss, and all of that would NOT be worth the nutrition I know its not really that serious but he could have done the self-sacrifice for someone else better (like how he did with Oden!)
