I think there is equal opportunity for all eligible citizens for selection process in Judiciary. Hence there is fair competition and right contest to get selected... If one or two section of population is under or over represented, its all bcoz of winner scoring over others. Where is discrimination here? More you discuss caste system more you discuss reservations more will these sc st obc etc will face discrimination. If reservations are based on economic poverty and marginalized people, by giving them scholarships mid-day meals, better teachers will definitely help. Out of sight out of mind works. If you don't discuss castes etc you will forget discrimination ultimately.
