My spouse lifted hands in praise to God while living in sin and disobedience! I’ve wondered why I hear so many sermons lately about being fake and it finally hit me……that can also be me!! So God is warning me through what has happened that I too can be fake and have lip service!! May God help us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling everyday!!

This is a heavy message

I never felt such heaviness and despair that I could not lift my hands in worship of our Lord and Savior, because of my failure and disobedience that happened, that now I was a hypocrite and could not worship Jesus in church if I failed during the week. Worship is not just in church meetings anyhow. So now I found when I worship Jesus for Who He Is, then obedience is sure, not that my worship is based upon my obedience but to worship Him for who He is in His love and glory as the Holy Spirit brings me to Jesus this brings unhesitant and immediate obedience to Him and His word and that is every day. If my worship is based on my obedience then I will never worship the Lord, but my worship is based on the blood of Jesus that brings me to Him even if I fail and have sinned. Ephesians 2:13 But now you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Jesus. Church religion is like that wanting obedience before you can come to the cross of Christ but it is only His Cross that makes us worthy to enter the gates of worshiping the Lamb of God upon the throne. The way of freedom from the bondage of sin is to worship Him and to come to Him as we are, not we cannot worship if we have failed and sinned or still have a sin habit, the only way to break the chains of sin is to worship the Lamb that was slain at His feet of the cross.

I totally agree with Pastor Tim that obedient is better than sacrifice. God speaks through His words through the Holy Spirit and other spiritual ways. I found out about what the Pastor said about why to be obedient and what happens when you obey and what happens when I disobey. The Holy Spirit through the word showed me that to obey will lead you home with the God for eternally or disobedient without repentance will lead you to everlasting damnation. Yes when you obey the Lord you don't know who life you will save or not to obey God you can cause someone to miss a blessing. I truly am in agreement with all Pastor Tim Dilena said.

What a Word !!! This spoke to me in a profound way!

What a word! Just straight from the throne of God! When God saved me His answer on the cross was "yes" for my salvation. How can I not say "yes" before He asks for obedience from me!

That Amelekite young man was not the one that killed Saul, but he lied to David. He thought King Saul had been an enemy to David. Therefore, if he claimed that he had killed Saul, he would get a favour from David, but rather, David got angry and killed him for claimed killed Saul. According to 1st Samuel 31:4, King Saul committed suicide on the battlefield after all his his three sons were killed, and he was severely wounded, and then he asked his armourbearer to kill him but he refused it, so Saul himself took a sword and fell on it. Anyway, God bless you for sharing the true word of God.

There are some that know they need Deliverance but there needs to be Ministers that are serious and have the Faith to Believe that Christ in them is Greater than the demons they have opened themselves too. Powerful call to surrender and be obedient before God even ask. Repent! Before we worship The Lord. What a revival in our lives in our churches will be when we come together for worship in spirit and in truth. Stop worshipping and repent and make sure that your heart is right with God before you entering His court with praises.
