"Time is running out!" This statement could have been said by prophets for generations, and it would be true. But with the times we are experiencing right now, for a prophet to say that and not mean it would be fear mongering. It's not just one or two of the brethern who are talking about the second coming, and none of them are telling us that the time is not now. They are telling us to be prepared. Do you think they are trying to deceive us? To keep us on the straight and narrow path.

I loved that president Hinckley quote - live so that if the Savior came tomorrow you wouldn't feel ashamed or embarrassed to meet Him.

President Benson said “a living prophet is more important than a dead prophet”. I also think we could say that what the prophets say today is more important than what they said yesterday. Even the final lesson of the come follow me manual for December 2023 said “It IS coming soon”. You’re sacrificing what they are saying today for what they said a decade ago.

Nah, 'Time is running out" from president Nelson is more then enough for me. It overwrites everything you read that indicates is not close. It's because i heard and saw with my own eyes & ears. And it felt right. I think is extremely close.

I'll tell you why it matters to me. It's the difference between joining a civil war/revolution (if one happens) or sitting out and letting the world burn as the unstoppable second coming happens. If the world can be fixed, then it might be worth considering fighting for freedom and righteousness, but if it's the second coming, then the only hope is for Jesus to sort out the world after it burns. Hard words to admit, but that's how I've felt for the last 4 years.

Direct references to the second coming by the Brethren have increased exponentially in the past 5 years. This is not some fanciful thinking, but there are some who are actually tracking what they've been saying. They are calling us to be ready because we are in that season. I don't think it can be denied when you look around and see the troubles in the world, as well as the troubles in the Church. Persecutions are increasing rapidly as well. We are not just experiencing troubles, but man has now gained the ability to literally destroy the entire world in one fell swoop. The ability to create designer lethal diseases, weapons that stretch the imagination, tyranny that is here and is coming that will make any kind of oppression of the past look like a visit to the park are all here. The Lord says He has to come back or all flesh would be destroyed. Everything is lining up for His return. No time in history has ever been this chaotic. The Church itself is reeling internally due to various activism and other issues going on that is trying the faith of good members. People in droves are leaving the Church, and all Christian churches in general. This mess in the Middle East is slowly ramping up into something greater. The fact the US is on the verge of collapse should be a red flag like none other as this nation is the only thing stemming the tide of "the world" coming against Israel, and if/when this nation stumbles things will get spicy really fast. I'm just saying, no time before has been quite like this. There have been tumultuous times before, but today is truly unprecedented. Already I am seeing the Saints grumbling that the Lord is delaying His coming. Obviously much needs to happen, but things can happen very rapidly. And then we are in the midst of a generational cycle, the Pride cycle if you will, and we have come to the end of a long cycle where the world is set to drastically change. These occur ever 80-100 years and here we are. The elites are pushing their "Great Reset" because they aren't stupid, they know history, and they know where we are. Of course this Great Reset is a set of changes they wish to see made that would have sweeping changes in how the entire world works. It's a technocratic totalitarian global communism. This shouldn't be surprising since this is Satan's plan and he is trying to establish his plan ahead of the return of Christ. Satan always has a counterfeit version of everything the Lord does, and he is rapidly trying to cram this Great Reset upon the world. It's perfectly fitting at this time that he would be pushing this agenda. We are totally nearing the end of the book of Helaman and about the begin the third book of Nephi, if you catch my drift.

Your content is well researched and I appreciate your level headed and grounded approach. However, I noticed you used a lot of older quotes. Even your more modern quotes were mostly from apostles or prophets who have passed on for close to a decade now. “Of the Savior’s words that no man knows the day or the hour of the coming of the Son of Man (see Matt. 24:36), the Prophet asked: “Did Christ speak this as a general principle throughout all generations? Oh, no, He spoke in the present tense. No man that was then living upon the footstool of God knew the day or the hour. But He did not say that there was no man throughout all generations that should not know the day or the hour. No, for this would be in flat contradiction with other scripture. For the prophet says that God will do nothing but what He will reveal unto His servants the prophets. Consequently, if it is not made known to the prophets, it will not come to pass.” - Joseph Smith So if older prophets like Pres Hinkley said he didn’t know when the time was, and no one does, he was correct. Has our modern prophet said that? Not at all. And what has our modern prophet been saying? Well, President Nelson gave a talk about a fire that consumed everything in Paradise, California. And said “time is running out.” And this quote from President StevenJ Lund: “Then he (President Nelson) went on for about 10 minutes without taking a breath, you know, 95-year-old President Nelson, and just his whole visage just lighted up with enthusiasm. He talked to me about this final work of the gathering and his deployment of the youth of the church to make that happen. This thing that has been talked about by apostles and prophets for as long as there have been people on this Earth, looking forward to the end game, when the earth will be rolled up like a scroll and the Savior will come again. And I walked out of that room, just with this intense understanding and knowledge confirmed to me by the Spirit that I share with you and that is: that He's coming, He really is and it's imminent. I don't know what that means. All I know is that there's a sense of urgency about the brethren.” Again, this sense of urgency seems to be important for a reason. It’s not just to “inspire us to do the work we need to do even though the second coming is likely very far off.” That’s not a sense of urgency 😂 Urgency means it’s imminent and you truly believe President Nelson’s words that “time is running out.” Not figuratively, not because our individual time might run out when we expire unexpectedly, no, ALL of our time is running out.

You spent a lot of time quoting old prophets while leaving out the many quotes from our current prophet and apostles. This felt like defending your opinion rather than fairly reviewing what we are hearing in conference. The referenced footnotes in our prophet and apostles talks are amazing bread crumbs. They are practically shaking us by the lapel’s trying to get us to wake up from our stupor of “all is well” thinking.

The only quote that you didn't mention that I feel like we heard recently at a general conference within the past 3 years was from President Nelson where he said something along the lines of "between now and the second coming the Lord will perform his greatest miracles." He didn't directly say that the second coming was going to be happening in a year but it is interesting to know that after that point and whenever the Lord arrives that the Lord will be performing his greatest miracles

For me, I cant escape the idea that we are living in a 3rd Nephi 7 world. Our government seems to be losing its hold (elections openly disputed, laws and court rulings ignored), and people have certainly gone tribal. It seems to be happening in real time all around us. There has been an unmistakeabke accelleration of signs and events. Above all, can't you just FEEL it? It has become palpable. People falling away from faith in massive numbers. People of faith barely clinging to survival (both spiritually and even literally). I honestly can't help but feel we are extremely close to a crescendo. Like all the statements, prophecies, visions, etc. Are all lines moving closer together; to soon touch at a great climax or endpoint. One final thought... how much more wicked can the world become?

I normally agree with a lot of what you say but not in this video. First your comments from Pres Nelson referring to 1 Nephi 14 are pertaining to what John wrote about on the great and abominable church and its fall. We will witness that. Just because Nephi is then commanded to stop writing doesn't mean that everything Nephi wrote is prior to the book of Revelations. The other part where I really disagree which is "At that day the father will shall commence, in preparing the way for the fulfilling of his covenants which he hath made to his people who are of the house of Israel" This is where we will see both the Jews and Lamanites accept the gospel and they will be a blessed people. We will witness this. All of these are events that occur close to when the Savior returns. Pres Nelson has said the work is hastening and a lot of the events described by John, Daniel, Joseph Smith and others will start to happen quickly and soon. Eight years ago I would have told you that I would be dead before the second coming (I'm 46). I now believe its going to happen within the next 10-15 years. At the end of the day we should be vigilant and knowledgeable on the signs of the second coming and our spirituality needs to be at its best so we can receive revelations and have the constant companionship of the holy ghost.

There always seems to be overreactions to topics about the 2nd Coming. So many members live in fear instead of faith. Just be prepared and then it doesn’t matter when it is. We are living in perilous times, but so has every generation in the history of the world. This presentation should give us all something to think about but not to argue about. The members are so divided on so many doctrines. Just live as though the Savior will come tomorrow, and you will be fine.

Personally I feel like many saints today are using the second coming almost as a “get out of jail free” card for death. Man is appointed to die. It’s a necessary and proper step. Just as birth. We need to prepare to die. If we are prepared to die. We will be prepared for the second coming of the lord. And whether in mortality or in death. If we are prepared. We will be with the lord when he comes. And we need to do the preparatory work of gathering for the second coming.

My ministering sister sent a video from another KZfaq channel from an older brother who had a guest on about Isaiah's ladder. I noticed on his other videos because of his personal revelation and in comments most people were saying 10 year and great tribulations are about to pour out....and those who think it's longer are foolish. This brings a sense of unsureness and anxiety to me. So does the presentation of Isaiah's ladder. Habe you done presentation on it. My pioneer great-grandmother's Patriarchal Blessing said she would be at the Second Coming Of course she will.....from the other side. I would love Him to come sooner than later and so I try to continually prepare.

President Eyring in April 2023 General Conference: "The rising generation will become the nurturers of the generation to follow. The multiplier effect will produce a miracle. Sounds to me like it is at least a generation away.

Many events can certainly happen at the same times. .I think Christ may come to the Mt. of Olives in about 2031 after the 2 prophets finish their 3-1/2 missions as martyrs in old Jerusalem.

What does it profit the servant of the vineyard to say that the Lord delayeth His coming? What does it profit the guests to the wedding feast to not be excited and expectant for the doors to be open? What does it profit the goodman of the house to not be on watch every night for the thief to come? What does it profit the bride to be unconcerned and unexcited for the bridegroom to come? What does it profit the expectant mother to not count the days and the hours with hope and eagerness to delivery? As for myself. I'll stand firm and steadfast to the ONLY safe way of looking at the Lord's coming. And it is in the immediate. ALWAYS the proverbial "tonight" or "tomorrow" this month. This year. It is the only true and faithful way to view it if I interpret well the words of the Lord on the very subject through his many parables and analogies on the subject.

I agree with many comments that end events are speeding up and it could happen in my lifetime, however I also agree with the video that no man knows when Christ will return and those people who try to interpret events cannot and do not know the time it will occur. I've heard actual timeframes put out there by people. I think they set themselves up as false prophets by trying to place a date on these final events.

Until the saints are building the temple in Jackson County, everybody should pump the break on his coming and just focus on living their best life as his disciple. But I do hope to be here to see it, that truly will be glorious for the righteous.

Thank goodness everyone has an opinion and none of are probably correct. But I do think it's sooner than what Gospel lesson hypothesis is saying. But that's my opinion just like his. I don't understand why Gospel lessons always seems to me to make it sound like the 2nd coming is a long way off. Perhaps a little fear would help people realize just how close we are?

These are some very sobering quotes. I appreciate you sharing this. Man, if even the prophets can be wrong in predictions, how is one to know whether their words are coming from the man or coming from God? It's a bit disheartening when we are looking to them as watchmen on the towers.

In the Book of Mormon, an angel told one of the prophets something like this: The time is not too far distant when the Son of God will come down and dwell among men. That was about 80 years or so before His birth. So, "not too far distant" was 80 years.

I do appreciate your hard work. But I agree with most of these comments. It seems to be disingenuous to the apostleship to discount all the apostles words because they're not the prophet. Including Elder Rasband sayimg, "We are the ones charged with ushering in the second coming." I didnt quite follow quoting so many quotes about how close the second coming is and to be prepared in order to make a point that it's not close. We may not know the day nor the hour but we have ABSOLUTELY been given signs to know the season.

I agree with your conclusion. We should concentrate on living our lives as if the second coming were tomorrow. For those who pass through the veil, that may be their own 'second coming' when they are brought back into the presents of the Lord. What I think about is Noah and the building of the ark. He spent 600 years building the ark, declaring to the people to repent, for the day of judgement was soon at hand (600 years is soon?). Remember that time is only measured to man, not in the presents of God. He knows the beginning from end because everything is present before Him. How is that done? I don't know. My mind cannot comprehend something like that, but I'm looking forward to learning in the coming days (eons).

There are plenty of recent quotes telling us to get ready, not delay our preparation, etc, but these are the only two quotes I've found from General Conference in my lifetime that specifically address the timing itself: President Boyd K. Packer, October, 2011: "Sometimes you might be tempted to think as I did from time to time in my youth: “The way things are going, the world’s going to be over with. The end of the world is going to come before I get to where I should be.” Not so! You can look forward to doing it right-getting married, having a family, seeing your children and grandchildren, maybe even great-grandchildren." President Henry B. Eyring, April, 2023: "The rising generation will become the nurturers of the generation to follow. The multiplier effect will produce a miracle. It will spread and grow over time, and the Lord’s kingdom on earth will be prepared and ready to greet Him with shouts of hosanna. There will be peace on earth."

At 17:45 in your presentaion is where I believe we are at, or looking to happen in the very near future. This aligns with 3 Nephi.

I will add though that President Nelson's recent enthusiastically emphasized statement of "Time is running out", does make it sound like it will be within my lifetime(I'm 40). In not banking on it, but it is an interesting statement to make if you don't actually mean it and have been said to never speak in hyperbole.

I’ll go with the current prophet who says “we are in the bottom of the 9th inning” Pray about it. He’s preparing us because it’s very soon. “Very soon”….his own words. The Lord can come whenever He pleases.

In the early 1960’s I foolishly, as a youth, made a bet of $100 with an evangelical friend that we would see the Lord by the year 2010. My friend is already “with the Lord” and I am out the proceeds of the debt and with no one to pay my “loss.” I am still preparing for His coming, and believe no man knows the hour or the day, not even the angels.

Says ezra‘s quote is invalid because it was before he was a prophet but before that was quoting other apostles before being a prophet, validating their emphasis that we don’t know when his coming is. To pray and look forward to his coming is to also understand the prophecies and events into anticipate, as if he were to come in your lifetime. to always dismiss it and say “ well we don’t know when he’s coming, so you just need to prepare as if you’re going to die”tomorrow doesn’t actually prepare you for his coming. to actually be prepared for his coming you act as if he is coming in your life so you do the things required to prepare as you study these miraculous, marvelous prophecies and events to come

The one scripture of Jesus‘ words, in Matthew 24, however, denotes the generation of the signs of the times with the words “this generation “ as clarified by the Joseph Smith translation.

You will be an essential force in the gathering of Israel and in the creation of a Zion people who will dwell in peace in the New Jerusalem.” I think many of us want the Savior to come soon, and so it becomes easy for us to believe it will happen. I personally think they are major events that have to occur that the whole world will experience, i.e. restoration of the gospel and spread throughout the world. I think we have to be careful to assume we know exactly how all of the other events will occur. Some might be apparent others may not be readily apparent. President Hinkley in 2004 said in a conference address that the prophecy of Joel has been fulfilled. Nobody at that time thought or even fathomed that the prophecy had been fulfilled, many today still say they don’t think President Hinkley really meant it was fulfilled. What! How many other prophecies have been fulfilled that we think have not. If it is to come as a thief in the night, many will be surprised, even Latter Day Saints. But I believe the Spirit if we can put off our own wished will prepare us. I once looked at how many times President Monson talked about the Second coming in conference talks. Only once, whereas President Nielson mentioned it in almost every conference talk in his first 2 to 3 years as President of the Church. To me that is showing more urgency in our preparation. Surprised you left out the Prophets talk where he said time is running out...

Some modern day prophets have suggested that the righteous in the last days WILL know the time when Christ will come. Joseph Smith was not given a clear answer regarding the second coming of Christ, but I think many in our generation do sense the timing of things. As a young boy (born in the 80s) I was aware that roughly 2000 years after Christ's ascension to heaven "this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." God has a time and order to things and I believe He has revealed that order and time to many in the last days, I don't believe it is a secret and although it is plain to see, no one knows when they will be called upon to die, THAT is far more important.

Think celestially and you will realize that whether he comes in 20 years, or 200 years-it’s still right around the corner. The sense of urgency is for the work to be completed.

The front row seats of what will happen is the "power" descended upon righteous saints...to fight off....evil etc. This is before Christ is coming. So yes, this is what your saying. Also, when President Nelson said it was growing late it was before Covid, so he knew people were going to die so that we could be sure and repent.

Time is running out to "fill your lamps with oil". The tribulations are upon us... and the more wicked will be destroyed measure after measure. Prepare your hearts to stand the day. For even the elect of God will lose heart in the days to come. Despite there being a promise... doesn't mean what's coming will be easy. In fact it will be very hard for all. For we all need purifying. And our true nature's will become manifest. Are you will to sacrafice and suffer to not compromise your divine nature? Have you cultivated patience tolerance mercy and charity? It can only be embodied through the application of it while in service to others. Doing such for the perfect stranger is the best way. Then we must maintain that fortitude of character through our coming tribulations too. We will all need to be like Job.

You should worry about civil war

I used to love your videos, then the Holy Ghost helped me see the truth about the prophecies and the timelines. Ever since your first video about the seven seals the Holy Ghost has testified that you are incorrect. I also personally sustain all apostles as prophets seers and revelators which means I take everything as truth from them and don’t limit truth to simply what is said by a president of the church. I am just not sure why you are so bent on trying to convince the Saints that the second coming is eons away? How sir is this helpful and in line with what President Nelson is actually saying and doing now?

Everything is spiritual, thanks for the level headedness. Don't set yourselves up so that after April 8th or January 25th 2025 if nothing happens you lose your testimony.

There is a whole lot of confusion around this subject and I like your timeline(s) more than most of them or all. But I feel very different about how long the distance really is - like most people invested in escatology - specifically also in the Church. But in short, I am not a prophet, even if I beleive, it to be one of my gifts in some cases. And I will not die and I will be without pain in the very last days and it will be 2034 (but started in the past with JS and continues 7 or less or more years before this and might even have already started to continue without us knowing it). But I will not loose faith, if I am completely wrong. And it is not right for the world to know it. And if we were told the year, we could just as well put an end to the suffering and stop it immediately. But God wants to save as many souls as even possible up to the very bitter end.

So many people are asleep. Videos like this make people even more asleep.

Is there a possibility that there is something wrong with the calendar we are using now? Because the calendar we use today is called the Gregorian Calendar, it was followed in the name of Pope Gregory. So if it can be proven that the Calendar we follow today is wrong, it means that we are all in the wrong year and this has a big effect on the calculations of the second coming.

You at least a couple times that you “have no idea when Christ will return.” I don’t personally get this. The scriptures clearly state that you can know when the signs are here and the timing of the Lords coming. The scriptures would not be filled so abundantly with information telling of the timing of His coming, if we were not meant to be able to find out when. I have no desire to get into a debate, but doctrinally you are clearly wrong on this.

I believe that my Patriarchal Blessing tells me that it will happen in my lifetime. I might live to be really old but...
