This is a full build of ‪@OfficialAirfix‬ excellent Avro Anson.
Although this is generally a lovely kit to build, it's not without its problems. Three part nacelles are annoying, the clear parts are good but mine had a couple of flaws and the front canopy is too short for the fuselage. Other than that, most parts fit together well.
There are plenty of aftermarket decals and schemes available to represent the many users of this beautiful aircraft.
I used an Xtradecal set to build K6163, a training aircraft of the Royal Air Force Central Training School based at RAF Upavon.

A superb model and build. I loved the finish on that silver paint and those masks were a great find. Without them it would be a struggle. The only down side for me was the fit of the cockpit windscreen, I think an inexperienced modeler would struggle there.

Thank Allan. Yeah, the clear parts were a little tricky. It’s little things like that and the three part nacelles that frustrate. That mask set is a must.

Great result. That's a lovely paint scheme and works really well with the subtle weathering you've given it. Not often you see an RAF aircraft in all over aluminum.

Lovely job Tim however K6163 was an early airframe otherwise known as a GR1 and fitted with the early windscreen and no wing flaps.

Thanks for the sub Darksoul. Watch for the front canopy, nacelles and engines other than it’s a great kit. You might want to deal with the seam around the rear turret too. I left mine thinking it would be a panel line but I don’t think it is.

the inside stuff has changed a lot :D and positiv ! very nice paint picturs and for 3 difrent typs decals. and difrent parts for the difrent airplain versions like the trainer version wit difrent cockpit window . its such a grait model ! i am 2/3 finishd :) and i will buy this kit again ! . maks so funn. and room for improvments of my self . and pleas next time the cockpit building recording ^^

@@TimsScaleModelling :) ja sure. and did you found the newer second engin covers wo ar zylinric and not lik a flower ^^ i finde this amazing nice from airfix to put in sepret engin covers but witout map instruktion you need to put on the brain and research for do it rigth :) but the long extinguishers ar worth it. ohh P.S your outer Skin Aluminium looks brutal good !

@@TimsScaleModellingafter i closed the cockpit i find out ter was a trimmwel but no instruction :( jeah airfix is still not so well in controlling hes produckts befor releas so meny conzerns actin so its bad . shame. a trimmwel is so importent in a aircraft and this can brak the heart of a air lover :) som humans ar soo fixed on money they forget the importents things .
