One of Australia's most celebrated performers, Tina Arena, returns home to Melbourne to reopen Hamer Hall after two years of refurbishments.
Superbly arranged for a 54-piece orchestra, Tina Arena celebrates her diverse career with a performance of her greatest hits and outstanding covers including Chains, Sorrento Moon, Don't Cry For Me Argentina, I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself and Cry Me A River. She also is joined on the stage by Anthony Callea to perform The Prayer, while the audience is entertained between songs with funny and moving stories from her life.
This world premiere broadcast was recorded exclusively by STUDIO in August, and is a must-see for all Australian music-lovers.

Yeah I agree with that, total commitment to the song, to the lyrics. Many "great voices" don't believe a word they sing--not this woman.

I was lucky enough to be there. Tina was absolutely superb, as was the orchestra. But the duets with Anthony Callea were the highlight of the night for me. Thanks for posting, so I can come back and relive the moment. Cheers.

Two brilliant performers at the top of their game. They sound and look so beautiful together. They had me riveted all through, particularly when they cut loose in in the middle on full power, then pulled it back and finished so softly and gently. Gorgeous.

Been listening to Tina from the beginning with young talent time as an 8 yr old songbird...whata journey it has been. How Anthony was knocked out of that talent show has always puzzled me but who cares he has achieved so much since. It shows just how wrong they were in their choice.

I had the chance to meet and take a picture with Tina Arena in my hometown in the suburbs of Paris and today I wanted to watch and listen a cover of I Want To Know What Love Is and what a surprise it has been when I heard Anthony sing this song with a such wonderful tone in his voice... And now here's a video getting these two artists together for a beautiful moment... I decided to join Anthony Callea to his official KZfaq Chanel looking forward now to knowing more about him...

I've come back to listen to this gorgeous duet again. It's definitely a favourite. In my view Anthony Callea totally owns this song, but in this duet he softens his powerful vocals to accommodate the softer female voice. And it's a lovely variation on his other more powerful versions. I would go any time to see these two performing again in concert- let's hope they do it again some time. It was a great moment.

I was lucky enough to be at this concert and this was one of the absolute highlights of the night. Such a beautifully restrained version of this duet and a perfect blend of two very special voices.
