Still so obsessed 😍 with how the entryway came out, that black door is just such a pretty pop and you killed the closet too. For the fireplace it would be pretty to layer some artwork with the mirror, maybe a vase with some greenery, and some candlestick holders? 🤔 the living room is so peaceful. We have an extra large mirror in our bathroom similar to yours. Instead of spending money on new mirror(s), we decided to make a frame out of trim to cover the edges of the mirror. That will warm it up and make it look more finished!

For the bathroom, you could try honing and staining the countertop to a tone that more suits what you envision for the design. Looking stunning, Tina! You’re absolutely killing it!

Tina, you have given your home a lot of love in the past 6 months! Has anyone tried a weighted blanket? I tried a 10lb weighted throw blanket because I thought a "firmer hug/snuggle feeling" would be a good thing.....yeah, right.....I felt like I was under a sandbag(dead weight) and couldn't move! That sucker was returned asap!

I think maybe vertical blinds (maybe wood) and paint is a great way to update the bathroom and new toilet, new flooring and some nice decorations. I love watching change your home to you love and feel comfortable with.

Everything looks very nice. I like that you kept the ponywall at the entry way. My home has the same, but we have a beautiful handmade open staggered shelving build on top of the pony wall. It affords us extra nicknack space and gently obscures the opening between the livingroom and entryhall.

All your makeovers were so good! This was a nice video because it's not always going to be perfect or the way you planned. Ideas for your other bathroom you can put wallpaper, or paint the tile like (diy Danie) did, use adhesive vinyl flooring and paint the walls. Just some suggestions 😁😊

I second this! Planter boxes (raised or for ground) are perfect for extra scrap wood. We made ours this way & still had a bit left over so I DIY'd a entryway shelving.

For your toilet you can replace the wax ring. Get a new one and another wax extender. Once you do that and tighten up the screws it should be better. You can also use shims if needed.

Hey Tina! For the budget friendy bathroom, maybe some peel and stick tiles for the floor, contact paper for the counter and some paint? Maybe change the fossids on the sinks. Abouth the dinning room, have tou thought about rotating the table 90⁰? I think you would gain space and it would not feel so awkward with the rug on the same line of the door

Did you ever think of turning you're dining table length ways with the grey wall so that the feature wall is more of a focal point. Plus than it doesn't block some of the space to that door on the side? Just a thought.

Would definitely recommend getting non-down filled for guests. I’d love to have those, but am crazy allergic so can’t. May be good to consider if you are not sure that all future guests aren’t allergic
