Une musique comme on l'aime et qui me renvoie dans les années 80 lors d'une traversée du Sahara en moto jusqu'à Tamanrasset.. puis un raid en VTT quelques années plus tard : la boucle de l'Assekrem dans le massif du Hoggar. I am from the Tuareg of Libya, and I am listening to this famous song. I send you my greetings. This band did a lot for the Tuareg nation because it spoke about our desert and our original homeland... so that the world knows the extent of our authenticity and our history in North Africa and that we are among the indigenous peoples.

New years eve 2022 i went out to a hut with no people around with some friends, we ate some shrooms watched the sun go down and played this whole album and it was the best NY celebration i've ever had. Ever since then i've loved Tinariwen and i listen to their music on long bike rides during hot sumer days. They are the perfect type of music for enjoying life on a bike and cutting through air at 30kmph! :D

My mistake! I grew up in Egypt and did not know that Bedouins were exclusively Arab, I though it just referred to north African nomads in general. Thank you for teaching me something new. @@Kunta-Kinte002
