Yes I agree. Slow is the way to go. For me, fast movements defeat the whole purpose of ASMR.

I enjoy layered sounds when they are all different and match the movements of the hands. They’re like invisible triggers imo. I saw a chiropractor ASMR video with plushies and the cracking noise was between the same three sound samples. It was awful.

Me too 😊 . The only reason my insomniac brain would give in to sleep . The others cant do what she can . I can only make it 10- 15 mins max and I am out . Tired or stressed or even if its the middle of the morning her asmr just knocks me out lol . If i want to sleep its always tingting time 😅
