This hero nerfed so bad, should not remove his 2nd rocket skill, that a burst potential, or valve just has this same skill build as a facet but his ulti will refresh item, and the other facet will go back as i mention the top

They could put the missiles in hook range or shorter. Now tinker its boring aff and nerfed. Atleas techies is fun to play like his older version.

They removed it becauze its annoying and when tinker gets lvl 6 he can just spam rocket at mid.but yea, maybe shorter range is better
