Foxes rarely kill cats and tend to come off worse when they do fight. The local fox was terrified of my old cat (a huge and very strong Tom) and used to bolt up the street whenever he saw him... Often with my cat in pursuit, it was funny to watch.

foxes and cats are pretty evenly matched. it’s the coyotes who are the cat killers owners need to watch out for.

@@tlwest21 yes, they become used to humans. They can also become aggressive if they don't get food. May bite someone, kill their cat. You don't want animals all gathering in the same place as well, it can spread disease to household pets. Lastly they are not suppossd to eat wouldn't normally find, it may make them sick.
