@@TinyHome3D - I think they meant blueprints rather than just the design shown in the video. Something a person could take to the planning commission for permits to build. That said, I like your design very much though i personally would require an extra meter in length for 2 reasons: My sofa seats 3 people, not 2 and must be long enough to let me stretch out to sleep. Also that would extend the bathroom enough for me to cram my cast iron clawfoot bathtub in there. The tornado I fear taking my present house of 2200 sq ft built in 1880 might not blow that tub into the next state over. Then I could use the bedroom area for a very large frig and deep shelves for canned goods. Living so far out in a rural area makes it advisable to stay stocked up for at least a month. I can't afford full replacement value for the Vic, so I just have contents insurance. The reason I love looking at Tiny Houses is bc in the event of disaster I'd be able to build a tiny house for sure and not wind up in a crappy apt bldg. I've nevePr been homeless but the idea terrifies me. With just a dog in my old age, I wouldn't require too much to be comfortable and grateful just to be alive. Depending on the cost of the strcture, if I wee lucky enough to have much left over, then I'd have 8' deep covered porch on all 4 sides. Slap a little gingerbread on it and call the place a Vic mini. If there's still $ left over, build a nice insulated shed for more storage. Please don't take any of my personal alteration ideas in any negative way. i really like this tiny house design.
