This tiny pup is grandpa’s best friend! Roscoe was brought in when Papa Walter needed some TLC recovering from his knee surgery, and he successfully made him happy again. He gave Walter the motivation to use his walker by accompanying him and Walter has made a full recovery - and the two are still just as close and will put a smile on your face
