Today 15 village ladies cooking most tasty & traditional tiny river fish dry curry to serve food to whole village people.
This tiny river fish called in Bengali "Kachki Mach" and very much popular fish for villagers. This is very expensive tiny fish as well.
Today 15 ladies processing & clean this tiny fish. They clean about 40 KG too tiny fish together.
In the mean time they also cutting the potato like the fish size. They cutting potato in very small small pieces.
Then they also cutting huge onions to use with dry curry. First ladies all the potato, onions and chili and then added oil and mixing together. And then they added all the clean fish with mixture.
Then they firing it and cooking for about 40 min.
After finish cooking, ladies serve the food to whole village people.
