As a teenager working in the Canadian Rockies, I once had to tow a car away after a mountain goat fell off the mountain and landed on its roof totally destroying it! Apparently, they sometimes misjudge their step. Btw, the passengers, although injured, survived. Sadly the goat died on impact. And, as mentioned, the car was a write-off. But, get this, the insurance company told the owners they weren't covered because getting hit by a falling object was considered an act of god!

They should have allowed the baby mountain goats to be in the same space as the domesticated goats. They'd likely have all had a good time. PS Of course, mountain goats aren't actually goats, or even particularly related, but they have similar appearance and behavior patterns, and would likely enjoy the same sort of play.
