For me, tiny houses are all about how many storages and cabinets you built in. If I can design my own tiny, I'll pack it with many storages I can shove.

Hello! Beautiful and functional project!! However, I would change the positioning between the bathroom and the bedroom, that is, first after the living room comes the space to be occupied by the bathroom, followed by the space reserved for the bedroom. Congratulations !!!

good luck I want to plan to make a house next year, because of limited land I find it difficult to determine each room, as for the house that I will build with an area of 8X9 2 floors and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there are large pods for lighting and air circulation that's good, please make a floor plan for the size of the house I'm going to make 🙏🙏🙏

Ok, but I have a few criticisms. If we start from the position that we want a tiny house to save money and land space, then this design has a major flaw. It wastes space and money by having a concrete base and a concrete roof over it but 1/3 to 1/2 of this space is not livable for most of the year, except for the hot summer months, and even during the summer I don't think you can sleep outside comfortably. So, I would shift the rooms around and insert a storage room, for food, or tools or bicycles. Second criticism, is the kitchen... It can easily receive more light without causing much problem to the overall design. I don't understand why there isn't a window right in the middle of the kitchen.

В такому будинку при мінусових температурах неможливо жити, тільки в країнах де немає зими. Взагалі будинок гарний, тільки потрібно доопрацювати проект.

The foundation measures 8 x 6.74, that's almost 54m2, why would you waste 20m2 on the terrace? If you are building such a modest house, then 20m2 is a lot. You can get another room, a bigger kitchen, a small pantry...

...too small and partly not practical....I am curious about the price surely not too small. This planning could've been made more practical in a layout open plan square with living room, added 2 decent sized bedrooms and bath far too small, washing machine belongs to the bathroom or next to it or in a mini laundry room, etc

Too much spave given to the veranda while acres available round the house. The space could be used to expand kitchen and have more space in luding a decent dining space. Living room layout is frustrating, too much space bwtween couch and telly. Would gate people eaking through the foor whilst one sits to watch telly. Overal the design is sleek

exterior design looks nice, i just dont like too much space outside in the veranda area with extension on the right side, it seems the space is wasted, it could be another bedroom or make the dinning area a little bit bigger & use that wasted space instead. Too much space outside while the bedroom & dining area is congested. Not an ideal lay-out. Thumbs down sorry!

Восемь с половиной минут аффтор показывает: "Бабушка, мама, смотрите, как я научился на компьютере рисовать!" Ни прихожей, ни гардероба, ни хозпомещения с котельной и водонагревателем... Аффтору, похоже, лет семь-восемь, от силы. У меня внук как раз в этом же возрасте сейчас так же графику компьютерную осваивает.
