* Soul Scarf Nerf - since making this video, Soul Scarf no longer gives soul hearts on flask use. As of the January 2024 update, the Flask Use must restore a heart in order to receive a soul heart from Soul Scarf. It's pretty useless. Beginners will usually benefit from having an extra heart, keys, or bombs so use those corresponding items instead of (now lower case) soul scarf.
This is an example of how your first run should go in Tiny Rogues, complete with tips and explanations of key concepts. You'll see the basics in action and learn what to focus on, what rooms to choose, what items to select, what everything does. I wouldn’t say soul scarf is useless after the nerf. That’s basically basically recovering 2 Hp per flask

1:02 wow im not the only one who didnt know what cinder was until was already decently far in 😂 I have about the same amount of characters (not starting items tho, I need to figure out how to unlock them l)

I knew what it was but saw no point in using it until I had all the basic stuff unlocked. Just makes unlocking harder.

it's sad instead of making more of the other items interesting, have combos or builds, and not be trash, they just hate fun, players, and nerf the only actually good one

Gotta agree w you this item was fun and losing it was a kick in the pony. But I’ve managed to find some other nutty builds.
