I bought this for my first pc back around the time this video came out. I got one for gaming, my dad got one too for graphic design. The 1070 on mine died a couple years ago though, so now what's still working is being sold to my buddy doing his first build. BUT my dads has lasted just fine until now. I swapped out the HDD for a SSD not that long ago, and with everything stock, I can say this machine still works great, especially with games a few years old. This thing has/had staying power.

Meanwhile my machine sounds like a jet turbine when I start it up.

I've seen this case and builds many times in megastores and computer specialized shops, but never gave much credit nor went after learning more about the rig... and I'm impressed. Very!

I bought mine November 2016, specifically the G20CB-B21, and I've had really mixed feelings using this as my main rig for the last over 5 years. I upgraded to a 1TB SSD from the 1TB HDD summer 2019 and it was honestly a total pain in the rear breaking this thing open to upgrade it. I actually kept the original HDD inside and so technically have 2TB of storage, but my HDD is where I put backups and archives. At times I had problems with the GTX not powering on and only the Intel graphics workings, but much later than I should have known, realized it was because the weird dual-cord power-brick power supply was not getting enough power from where it was plugged in. My top gripe about this computer was finding out that it's actually all laptop hardware masquerading as a desktop, which is one of the oddest things and something I'd never seen before. I only bought this rig because I was trying to start my credit history, and in that regard, I definitely have no regrets. The computer has served me very well these past 5 years and played most any game I threw at it in maximum or high res.

I have one of the older ones, I got it because I had no space in my college apartment. It is an awesome little machine. I appreciate that they upgraded it to have 16 gigs off the back, a built in SSD and a HDD. The power brick was a little goofy but all in all it's a silent power house in a small box

I've had mine for 5+years and the only issue was my graphics card pooped itself a few months ago, but that was so easy to replace...and the new one I have is even better than the original card. Upgradeable af and I love my computer

I bought one of these with a 1070 a month ago and boy is it silent and packed with power and i was very happy with my purchase! Also my GIrlfreind got mad at me and kicked it into the wall behind it and put a whole in the wall and its still running strong this thing is very durable!!!!

I got one of these, it's great for music production because of the built in sound card, and when recording it is indeed very quiet. Very cool PC.

I just want to mention that this configuration is the only silent one. I've got an older model and it's terribly loud, the external power suply sucks and my core was already broken due to bad cooling

I have the asus rog a20aj version "second hand" and it came with a i5 4460, gtx 750, 8gb ram, 1tb hybrid. Upgraded ram to 16gb, and the gpu to a gtx 1070 founders edition to blow the hot air directly out. Soon to upgrade the cpu to either a i5 4690k or a i7 4790k to eliminate bottleneck. A nice little project for me for this old architecture

If I bought this a couple years ago (2013) with a GTX 750, could I upgrade the GPU? Dunno if they made any size differences, but I took it to a local shop with my 970 and they said it'd draw to much heat. I was pretty disapointed... thanks!

Built my own ultimate water cooled gaming computer for maximum gaming experience but still i for some reason most use this little nice prebuilt Asus G20CB.Its powerful and quiet and does one amazing work for sure.And yes, VR games aint no problem for this small but powerfull computer.
