Meet Beth, a semi-retired acupuncturist who lives part-time in a beautiful 24' tiny house with a downstairs bedroom at Tiny Tranquility. Her 250 sqft tiny home was built by the incredible folks at Truform Tiny. It's full of impeccable design details and lots of storage. This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things kzfaq.infoUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.

I too love the design of this tiny house. As more and more of us are becoming 'Wise Women', we are looking at Tiny Homes; but, we DON'T WANT to crawl into lofts on all fours. It's nice to see that some designer's are beginning to design Tiny Homes that are both beautiful and realistically livable. 🏡

That is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed tiny home. So many smart details. The bonus roll-out counter over the washer is genius! I want a matching unit, parked next door to Beth because she looks like she would be a great neighbor.

Finally, one ground floor bed AND a loft bed. And a bathroom that has some privacy from both parties in the middle of the night. I love the simplicity of this place, and Beth seems like someone I'd want to hang around with on that deck (with some coffee). The little house gave me a sense of contentment, lovely design. Loved Beth’s commentary through out her tour. This is a lady who obviously has a great sense of humor. She reminded me so much of my late aunt who loved being outdoors, extremely active, laughed all the time and was so much fun to be with. Her home is beautiful! I loved the fact she gave the company who built her tiny house a second chance…because look what she ended up with! I wish her the very best.

It’s a really nice tiny home. I really like the sleeping alcove downstairs. It sounds the the owner has found her perfect place. I’m glad she is happy. That’s what it’s all about in the long run.

I've seen so many tiny houses in the last 3 years but this one has a special charm. The subtle decorative items, the mix of pine and white, the railing, the downstairs bed and the blinds. Wow 👏, I think I've found the design for my retirement. Now if only we had tiny house communities in Canada 😔

Beth's bed is so cool! It reminds me of the structures around beds in houses from a few hundred years ago - how the bed is its own little enclosed spot with woodwork etc around it. Also, I am an acupuncturist and I went Oh! when you mentioned she is an acupuncturist. I can 100% envision her treating and I bet her patients love her.

I've watched probably a 100 of these videos, but what strikes me about this one beyond the lovely house is this a lady I would really enjoy having coffee with once a week. That tiny house neighborhoods are so warm and welcoming is something I hadn't really counted on but am so happy to see developing.

I have enjoyed watching her and seeing all her choices. They really resonate with me. I also live bi-coastally …(NYC and SF) in smallish homes/apts. Now she’s got me rethinking that tiny home fantasy I often have. She’s a gem. So practical with a true appreciation for craft and style! If I see her, I’ll offer to buy her a cup of coffee.

The best part of aging is that you get to a point where you know exactly what works for you and what doesn't. Loved the effortless walk through description and the honesty. I watch all tiny home videos and this is absolutely one of the most beautiful and pleasing to me. I am 62, take care of 5 acres close to Glacier and I'm ready for my next phase. I love your community and hope to find the same kind of peace and beauty. After spending my life at sea, I need the ocean too. Thank you Beth for the inspiration! Cheers

I agree. The effortless and honesty was the best. When I have watched most others talking about their tiny I sometimes have to shut of the volume and just look at the house and fast forward. With her I did not have to.

I loved her home right away. With the bed on the main floor. Yet open. I liked her as well.not over crowded. Love the design outside as well. Doesn't look like most tinys. Well done with selecting those builders and the design. LOVE IT❤

I've realized when I was a teenager that a tiny space is more than enough for my lifestyle ... I've been a minimalist since my teenage. I am 45 now, I still live in a studio close to work and I know it's easier for people without children.... may be that's why I didn't have children, subconsciously programmed human 🙈🙉🙊💕 How beautiful these people let the world explore their home and views, the views are well worth spreading.

All around perfect tiny home!! Beth and I have beach need, kayaking, hiking and dog love in common. My great grandparents lived in on Long Island. Since I live in PA, don't have ready access to the beach, but found a local spot on the Susquehanna river with craggy rocks and a coal-sand beach below to sustain me. I know not a thing about acupuncture though. Felt an instant kinship with her. The lovely kitchen back splash reminds me of pale green beach glass....

I really like the tiny home and Beth! She seems to have a great common sense approach to her decisions. I like that she made choices for her for example the chair instead of the bench seat. The bench seats never look comfortable. I like all of the color choices, the glass tile in the kitchen was really pretty. I love that tile. I really like the day bed downstairs, and the option of the other bed upstairs. I really just like every single thing about it. The outside of the home looks great too. Seems like things are working out great for her. The back and forth travel would be a pain, but some people don't mind that at all.

Really nice. It's the outdoors, that really put the cherry on the sundae. Location, location, location as realtors like to say is really a treasure. I live in Reno in a 4 bd, 2 bath home of 1568 sq ft & it's always been too big for just one person. And this is one of the smallest houses in this tract. Houses aren't made for just 1 person anymore. It's nice to know more about this industry and it's homeowners. Thanks for the tour. I have to add, I got to feeling these tiny homes are really customized mobile homes.

I am so inspired whenever I watch these tiny home videos with single women. I’m divorced, single, no kids and sick of apartment life and putting money into my landlord’s pocket. I don’t need a lot of space, just something cozy and functional. I work remotely from home and feel a tiny home would be perfect for me. The cost of living in Massachusetts get more expensive every year and I’m ready to move so I’ve been researching tiny home living and it’s really given me a goal to strive for. I can’t wait to make the transition. I just need to save more money and pick a location.

This is what I think of as a real tiny home(love the amount of storage), as opposed to those mini mansions people call tiny homes, which aren't really tiny at all.

I have watched SO many tiny house videos over the years. This is the design I have been dreaming of and wanting. Loved Beth! She is wonderful. I felt like we were just hanging out. I wanted to go for a walk by the ocean with and finish the talk. Gorgeous location too. I loved the blinds too. I had never seen those before. Loved all the clever storage and I love the first floor bed too. I also loved the pull out counter top. I really enjoyed this tiny home, and I loved Beth too. 😍

I love tiny homes! The thought of downsizing in the future really appeals to me. I'm tired of cleaning a big house! And the fact that they are mobile is great. If you want to move to a new location you can without having to sell and buy another home. This tiny home is fantastic. Love the design.

I live about 150 miles south of Waldport on the Oregon Coast, so I am familiar with that area. I absolutely love Beth's tiny home. In fact, there's not a thing I would change; it's quite possibly the best one I've seen over the last 7 years I've been researching. I also appreciate Beth's no-nonsense approach to life and her appreciation of the outdoors. I have a sticker on my Jeep with the inscription that's on Beth's living room wall: "And into the forest I go..." Yep, you go, girl! 💯

This is the best tiny house video I've seen and the only one I've commented on. This house is perfect.It's so well thought out and exactly how I would want it.Beth is delightful!What a wonderful way to live.

Wow Beth thanks for the tour of your gorgeous little tiny home. Do you ever think of downsizing your Long Island home? Just to have 2 houses to choose from I know which one I would choose. If you sold the monster you probably wouldnt need to ever work again or travel the crazy highways. I live in Western Australia and have recently sold and moved to a pretty rural town I have been aching to do for a few years. Have always loved living in a caravan so small spaces suit me fine. I can see a woman if living alone would feel quite secure ina Tiny town. Pity there arent more of them world wide. Love the idea of seeing wildlife in the mornings and the dog park is an excellent idea. Love the design of your home except I would have painted that shingle triangle outside blue too. I love Beth's tiny home. The exterior is nice, but the interior is what I really like the best. Good planning! And not too fancy or modern looking, which I don't care for at all. Great job!

A very quaint abode! 24’ X 8’ !! That is definitely tiny! The inside is very nice . I’m amazed at how comfy it looks. Perfect for a retired single.

Many thanks Beth for allowing us to see your tiny home. Your tour of it was terrific. I just wish you would have shared the information about the company that designed your tiny home. The area of the stairs with the washing machine, refrigerator and all around was so thoughtfully planned, plus your input, made that tiny home of yours the nicest dream home for us to have. greetings from Florida.
