You can tell Jen & Kirt have done a build out before. Starting with a big empty box and transforming it into a comfortable home on wheels in 2 months has to be a record. I love the colors & the backsplash in the kitchen. The copper sink is a beautiful addition. Big Red looked comfortable & well laid out. Macho is a veritable penthouse on wheels. With the torque & horsepower of a 5500 Ram truck, there are no off limits to this rig -except maybe low tree branches. This couple has built an Earthroamer at a fraction of the cost. Ok, maybe Macho doesn’t level itself out automatically or inflate its tires automatically or come with a wine cellar, but it’s close.

@@largemarge1603 Vaguely, I feel like we saw something like that in our research. Unfortunately, we were so pressed for time with the build and needed stuff that was readily available. The bunks are standard sized RV bunks and the mattress we got delivered from Amazon.

I met these guys in person about 3 weeks ago in Cathedral Gorge Nevada. I had recognized them from their KZfaq channel so it was a treat to see them in person and get a tour of MACHO in person. They were super hospitable to me and the group I was with and answered many questions! A very nice family with an awesome Earth Roamer! It even has a pull-up bar on the back!😂

Absolutly love this family! There build is amazing and the freedom they have to go almost anywhere is great! Im limited in my 25 foot class A 1994 Winnebago Warrior. I can go alot of places that bigger motorhomes cant but with her age now and me going on my 5th year living in her full time alone at 61 years old I am now going places not as far out there. Ill tell you my happy 454 chevy motor thinks she can go anywhere. LOL!

Appreciate that! We wanted an upgrade from the van but small enough to fit places like you outline. We can still fit in a normal parking spot as long as we can hang over!

What a great adventure for those boys, so much to see and learn. VERY efficient build, space wise, so well thought out. Love that back porch that can be screened in. I think the layout is great. Love it❤️The boys are gonna have so much wonderful memories. I grew up in the country side coastal area with my sisters and cousins. And we all lived in our ancestral home. We used to camp out in our living room 😂pretending we're at the forest. But we're already living in a farm area😂

This is an absolutely beautiful video - your mobile home is beyond amazing, but to me, the most important thing I took from this is how happy, content, grateful but above all, the love of family - just so beautiful to watch and something we must all aspire to. As you said, you are finding yourselves on your journey....and to me, that was the most profound statement - just sublime. Even though 'people' chase to acquire materialistic things, be fake etc. somehow they still complain when they achieve that and it is 'never enough'. However, you have shown that you don't need to mortgage out your souls in pursuit of keeping up with the trends, but to seek tranquility and happiness. @Chiara, Agreed. Your 'robust' is a good description of the Cummins 5500. With its commercial foundation, with business operators relying on its resilience, I think this platform offers significant resilience... ... and the family intimacy is building resilience into the youngsters, as well. . Because living on wheels is very inspiring and I would love to do that, but my first challenge is: how would we support our family? I am just collecting ideas what jobs one can do online and from everywhere. I have some ideas myself, but I am really curious what you do, because you are much more experienced, you already fulfilled your dream, I would like to learn from you.
