Great tips. Seems like common sense but we're not always sensible. I cross in the front and buckle in back. Never had one fall off. Adds ankle stability as well. I fish off the rocks in Maine a lot. Workers were a game changer for me. Used to pray I didn't slip. Use them ice fishing too. Always sling them over the shoulder too.
