They to ask. I worked at a job where we couldn't take tips. Our manager used to watch and make sure we didn't take tips. And sometimes people would shake our hands and force the money in our hands. Then we had to give all our tips to my manager

I don't think some people understand what this can do for people. Like it's not just a $100, this money could be the start of the journey to there dream it could be money towards there kids college and maybe it just inspires them to do something nice for somebody else (the domino effect) but seriously it's great that you are sharing the love!
