Hi Sir, I’ve a small concern, my brother is joining his first ship on 10th this month but the company has not given any of documents on confirmation. All the documents like Offer letter / Medical reports is all kept with the company not even Xerox is given to him. We are little worried as he is not having any documents of joining the company it is bit risky to transit cross-countries. Kindly help me out with any suggestions.
