Aphelios is literally what riot wanted irelia to be. High skill cap, high reward Idk why people complain, when they get absolutely obliterated. Just better.

The problem is that these combos are way too crazy, random and unpredictable unless you spend a ton of time learning this specific champ's combos. This game has always been a game with simple champion mechanics, and for good reason, because just learning macro and positioning to a level above average requires a huge time investment, now imagine if all champions had such a high skill cap, this game would become a 10 man Smash Bros macro strategy game, and it would take twice the effort to play at a decent skill level, it's already a pain to learn what every champion does despite their relatively simple mechanics.

@@BltchEricaThis argumant would hold if in fact every champ had a different type of mechanics of some sort, aphelios is literally the only one I believe. It takes you maybe 10 minutes to find out how the basics of the champ works and then youre done. You really dont have to overcomplicate it with "what if" scenarios

That's right Aphelios is about macro more than micro. All champs require macro, but some require a lot of micro like Akali which to me makes it a hard champ to master.

If you press W at the end of the cast of Severum, you can almost skip the transition animation. This helps a lot using Severum Chakram

I gotta say, that Aphelios is probably my favorite adc out of the whole cast. At first, I thought he was confusing, but now it's just too fun to burst people with calibrum and infernum combos, or snipe them with ult (I always get surprised by how long it's range actually is, bcs I play with no-indicator smart cast and sometimes I forgot that I can just press R and finish off people xD) Something that I had no idea about is that infernum autos actually deal damage to all enemies it passes through, so now I will burn my enemies even faster :3

Q infernum + flash if possible, first you must throw the ultimate of infernum and while the animation passes you cast Q infernum + flash, try it

Yea that's true if you one trick him win rate doesn't matter. I already win most of my games and the buffs coming next patch will even help more!

As a fellow Aphe main, I figured out most of this stuff on his release but I never knew his severum Q does more dmg whe you aa at cast, that's so strange

Yea that one is a subtle trick which matters a lot in the late game since you deal 800 dmg per aa.

@@Severum_YT but overall pretty nice video... what I feel like is missing are gunswap combos, such as severum Q when you have severum/calibrum that after the Q swaps to gravitum/calibrum so you can root off of it and then potentially use calibrum q on rooted target. There are others for configurations like infernum/crescendum into severum/crescendum, severum/crescendum into calibrum/crescendum and calibrum/crescendum into calibrum/gravitum.

How's that strange... he's auto attacking right before doing the Q, adding an auto attack's worth of damage. It's like auto attacking before jax W for a double hit

@@ceshadow Well the difference is that with jax u press w after u have done the aa, here u press q while in the middle of aa'ing.

WP man I played aphe for like 39 games and in the last game someone told me that I'm the only one who makes him think that aphe is not that bad

Thanks for your tips ^^ There was few ones that i didn't even know but as a main aphelios, i recommand to pay attention to the weapons rotations too, to have always the best combo My favorite ones are Snipy (Calibrum)-crescendum, severum-crescendum :) the ennemies don't have the time to react lol

you are definitely right! Weapon combos + rotations are important but this video I focused only about the weapons itselfs tho I am working on a swap combo video will upload it soon. you can find my clips where I use different weapon combos on the channel aswell

This is the best Aphelios guide out there, and very simple to understand. Riot's description is what deter people from picking him up, but after watching Chinese ADCs play him so easily, you cant help but wonder why no one else picks him up. Definitely needs skills to pick him up, but its definitely less than Draven's and about Samira's in my opinion

1 tip i would like to give if someone dont know technically when you use Q it uses 10 ammo but if u have like 2 or 3 ammos left you can still use Q. imagine i have calibrum as primary and severum as secondary if i have 1 ammo left at calibrum i can still use my calibrum Q so what i do is poke the enemy by AA and then use my Q when i have last ammo left for most damage :D and it works for every weapon like if it helped you

doğru ama bide şöyle düşün karakter azcık güçlense, azcık winrate'i artsa karşısında oynamakta zor olduğu için çok fazla banlanmaya başlar. OTP'si olarak ta üzer bu durum beni xd

Saol kankam. Bu son çıkan heartsteel skini çok hoşuma gitti özellikle görsel ve ses efektleri falan. Ama benim her zaman en sevdiğim gecenin silahı Aphelios hele kırmızı kroma ile. Diğer skinlerde çar biraz feminen duruyo hoş değil bence. Ama gecenin silahında baya badass ve erkeksi xD

Do you mean stacking chakrams and using them? Yea ofcourse it's still a gun that lets Aphelios extant his dmg limitations, I find them really powerfull
