Ugh im having so much trouble lately getting new clients. I feel like the longer im at the job the worse Ive gotten which seems backwards. I was so excited about the job at first and i think customers could sense that, and it attracted them to me. Lately im so burnt out and discouraged i just like dont even wanna try because im sick of being rejected all the time and i think people can feel my lack of confidence :/

Thanks Hannah! I just finished my first week. They put me on with zero training so I’m confused about the roll. Thank god I’m experienced with waxing. I just have no idea what I’m supposed to be doing and my managers are making me do associate tasks. Then I’m told that I’m going to get my hrs cut if I don’t sell enough. How can I recruit if I’m doing associate tasks? I’m glad I found your channel. 😂
