I appreciate this! im half filipino and my mom was born in the Philippines and my Lola and lolo didn't teach me Tagalog. my mom and titas all understand it fluently but don't speak it. I want to learn Tagalog by the end of 2023! thank you!

Me too! My mom and dad grew up in the US, so they speak english in our household. Hows your journey been? Ive known bits of Filipino all my life because i grew up here, but there are words i don’t understand yet. Especially long phrases and long words

So glad i found your channel! I’m living in New Zealand and it’s really important to me that my kids don’t lose Filipino as their language. Your tagalog is very good considering that you were out of the philippines whn you were two! It gives me hope na kaya ko rin ituro sa mga magigibg anak ko ❤

We recently moved back to the PI. I am mestizo and my wife is kapapangan. She is fluent in Tagalog and kapapangan. Our son is enrolled in school here. I started watching your videos to help me speak to him in Tagalog. Long story short it been a huge help for him and myself. Miraming Miraming Salamat.

Hi I've been married for 41 years to a Filipino that came to the USA when she was seven years old. She can speak Tagalog but, she thinks that she doesn't do it right. I've asked her and my mother-in-law to teach me but it never worked out. I think it was more my fault than her's for not insisting on it. I like how you are teaching Tagalog very much. I do have one request please, can you make a playlist so I can watch them everyday. Salamat po.
