Event looked pretty disappointing at first but I guess the field research rewarding starters is pretty good. Hopefully higher chance for good IVs. And Ho-Oh is back which is pretty good.

Remember when catching Bulbasaur and looking for a good one to evolve to Venusaur that party hat Bulbasaur does NOT evolve. Party hat Charmander & Squirtle evolve, but not Bulbasaur. Also, party hat Eevee doesn't evolve either. That's a bummer because I think party hat Flareon & Jolteon would look fun.

Recap: Most of the spawns are useless as raid attackers because you always use a mega for the same type to get the most candies and for gbl most of their evolutions are rank 100+ per class

this might be a stupid question but I have just started playing again after not playing for a few years, can someone explain why the pokemon are ranked higher in the league with low attack IVs? I thought getting 15 15 15 was the strongest form for a pokemon?

The formula for CP weighs Attack higher. So, a low attack high defense high health mon will have higher total stats for the same CP as a high attack mon. It only matters in CP capped battles. There are also specific break points where, for certain mons and moves, you want specific stats.

If you mean Spacial Rend with Palkia, no. It doesn’t. It doesn’t do anything except pick up on wild non-Meltan spawns from further away. I’ve tried it, absolute waste of stardust & candy. Save yours

I don’t care new event anymore. Many times a few days hatching eggs event was really disappointed. I hatched a few hundreds of eggs and yet not a single shiny. It happened many times. Until today I have never gotten myself a shiny magby. I always not the fortunate one. So sad!

Spirigatto, Fuecoco, and Quaxly are completely pointless. Their fillers is all they are. They aren’t wearing party hats, they can’t be shiny, they’re in the wild on an every day basis, so why in the hell would they add these to the event? If I never seen ANY of them again I would be happy! Nobody catches them! All they do is fill up space when we would much rather have relevant pokemon to the event that can actually be SHINY. I mean they can’t even put a HAT on them so why are they even INCLUDED in this event?

Actually.. Fuecoco's evolution Skeledirge is a beast in all 3 PvP leagues. I have one built for literally each league. Quaxly's evolution also gets some play in the Great League.

DO NOT try to evolve the party hat Bulbasaurs into Venasaurs - they won't evolve like Charizard and Blastoise. Good for candy, not for evolving.

Wrong. Lucky pokemons have an IV floor of 12-12-12. I would know as I do 100 trades daily and have over 500 luckies.

Holy f whats with all the old pokemon from years ago that i have tuns of,bring some new shiz out mfers literally why i delete it and come back months or a year later,who wants to catch daily jinx’s for instance,i used to have a nest outside my house in 2016 of those things like ??? Really
